Paški sir is very well known and very expensive. You may be able to find it in a specialty cheese shop. It is similar to Parmesan but more piquant. It is cut into skinny slices and served as an appetizer with all kinds of drinks. It tastes a bit like prosciutto, at least to me. When I'm in Pag, I always take a piece home with me.
