RE: Why I Choose to Forgive, Even When They Don’t Deserve It

If I choose to hold on to every heartbreak, betrayal, and disappointment that people have caused me, then I am the one suffering, not them.

You are so real for this! This is my sole reason why I forgive. It's about me and not them and because forgiving can save me. Yes its hard, and its a choice I make. But being like this is giving me peace right now. Forgiving someone is not easy to some for sure. I just hope those people who can't forgive yet, can find in their heart the beauty of forgiveness. Though I want them to realize then on their own, and on their own pace.
