To purchase gift cards, I occasionally used a website called https://www.bitrefill.com/, which allows you to purchase gift cards with cryptocurrency. However, I have noticed that Steam gift cards are currently out of stock, which is quite unusual because this did not happen before. The times I had used the service to buy for the region of Argentina, I never had any problems.
