The Winners of the HiveGC Comeback Contest

This is the first contest we have done in a long time and also one of many I have planned for this community in the future. We got quite a few amazing entries and I would like to start off by saying thank you to all the participants. Since the beginning, our members have always been the thing that made this community great.

Without further ado, let's get to the winners of this contest!

In 1st place we have @mateodm03 with his entry falling under the "Epic Fail" category. Rocket League, even though it's a very popular and fun game to play, it can also be incredibly frustrating at times. @mateodm03 did a great job highlighting this in his "worst moments" compilation.

In 2nd place we have @acstriker with their post under the "Win/Clutch Play" category. The game here is Towerfall Ascension. Moving through the waves, we can see that the difficulty increases and it all comes together at Wave 10. A fight which @acstriker managed to win together with their older brother.

In 3rd place we have @saydie. This entry falls under the "Beautiful Scene" category. In their post we are shown a game called Curyeux. This game, believe it or not, was developed by a group of students in only 15 weeks. It features a lot of unique and beautiful scenery. The game is also free on Steam so make sure to install it if you want to check it out.

Congratulations to all the winners. They won this contest, but there were many more great entries that I recommend you check out. There will also be many more contests coming up, so don't forget to keep an eye out for those in the future.

Thank you again everyone for participating. It was a joy to go through all the entries and very difficult to choose the winners. As I mentioned in the post, the prizes will be given out a few days after the winners have been chosen. I realize that due to region and currency restriction on Steam gift cards, it might be difficult to actually make that work. I am trying to find a solution that works but in the case that there isn't one, the prizes will be given out in Hive or HBD at the same amounts as the gift cards would have been.
