It is important for us parents to demonstrate before our own children that we take bullying serious. Our courage must be demonstrated as the bully is confronted with consequences when the truth comes out. We should not take for granted the emotional and mental health of our children yet an opportunity for them to grow, mature in life and learn to deescalate a situation.
