Lo primero que hago al abrir mis ojos cada mañana es dar gracias al padre creador por permitirme ver un nuevo amanecer. Esta práctica de agradecer desde que me levanto se ha convertido en un bonito hábito en mi vida. Agradecer por absolutamente todo lo que pasa en mi vida, incluso las situaciones difíciles y dolorosas, me ha ayudado a vivir el día a día con más fortaleza y con más serenidad.
The first thing I do when I open my eyes each morning is to thank the Creator for allowing me to see a new dawn. This practice of giving thanks as soon as I wake up has become a beautiful habit in my life. Being grateful for absolutely everything that happens in my life, even difficult and painful situations, has helped me to live each day with more strength and serenity.
El agradecimiento permite que la energía positiva fluya en nuestras vidas, ser agradecido con las personas a nuestro alrededor abre muchas puertas, pero ser agradecidos con Dios por todas sus bondades y providencia es aún mucho más reconfortante de lo que algunos no imaginan.
Considero que el mejor ejercicio que podemos hacer para llevar una vida agradecida es mirar a nuestro alrededor y darnos cuenta de que hay personas anhelando lo que nosotros tenemos y no valoramos. Muchas veces damos todo por sentado y eso impide que podamos agradecer por cada pequeño detalle. Pero cuando empezamos a ver que cada despertar, que cada día con agua, luz, comida en la mesa, son verdaderamente un privilegio que muchos no tienen, entonces es mucho más sencillo dar gracias.
Gratitude allows positive energy to flow into our lives. Being grateful to those around us opens many doors, but being grateful to God for all His goodness and providence is even more comforting than some people can imagine.
I believe that the best exercise we can do to live a grateful life is to look around us and realize that there are people longing for what we have and do not value.We often take everything for granted, and that prevents us from being grateful for every little detail. But when we begin to see that every morning we wake up, every day we have water, electricity, and food on the table, are truly privileges that many do not have, then it becomes much easier to give thanks.
Lo que más agradezco el día de hoy es tener a mi madre y a mis hijos cerca, poder compartir con ellos momentos simples pero llenos de amor. También puedo agradecer por tener un buen trabajo que me permite crecer profesionalmente, sentirme útil y poder proveer a mi familia. Me sobran razones para estar agradecida por eso hoy mi corazón se llena de paz y serenidad.

What I am most grateful for today is having my mother and my children close by, being able to share simple moments with them that are filled with love. I am also grateful for having a good job that allows me to grow professionally, feel useful, and provide for my family. I have so many reasons to be thankful, and today my heart is filled with peace and serenity.
