RE: Third edition of Warriors in High Heels

This is a wonderful activity, and it is especially beneficial when taught by individuals who are experts in the areas you mentioned. I recall having a similar experience once. The natural setting is ideal for disconnecting from daily life and capturing a different type of energy, as the energy of nature is very positive and unmatched.

It is an ideal place and exercise for relaxation, meditation, and inner healing. Natural spaces have many benefits. I am surprised by the bright green everywhere; it would be a place where I would walk barefoot to take advantage of what the earth gives, the good vibes and energy recharge. But I found the activities very interesting, especially that there is a psychologist.

You went to an excellent activity that helps both the body and the mind. I love that. Thank you very much, JC.

Hermosa actividad y que ayuda mucho sobre todo si es impartida por gente especializada en esas áreas que mencionas. Recuerdo haber tenido una vez una experiencia parecida. El lugar natural es ideal para desconectar de la vida diaria y captar otro tipo de energía, ya que la energía que tiene la naturaleza es muy positiva y ninguna se compara a ella.

Es un lugar y unas ejercitaciones ideales para relajación, meditación y sanación interior. Los espacios naturales tienen muchos beneficios. Me sorprende el verde brillante que hay por todas partes, sería un lugar por el que andaría descalza para aprovechar eso que da la tierra, la buena vibra y recarga energética. Pero las actividades me parecieron muy interesantes, sobre todo que haya un psicólogo.
