Life is all about change and nothing is constant. Throughout life we keep learning new things and moving ahead. We learn many new things at different stages of life, but there are few things we learn that can really make a big impact on us. For me learning Yoga, how to meditate and some other spiritual practices have made a big impact on my life and when I learned Crystal healing it further enhanced my state of mind.

These practices do sound all different but they are interwoven. To work on any healing modalities, you need a positive state of mind and for that regular practice of meditation is important. To improve on your meditation practices Yoga helps, as it allows the body to slow down and improve on focus. So it is all interconnected. I started with learning Yoga and eventually got flowed in to other things, like it all happened naturally and effortlessly.
So in short I can say learning Yoga changed my life, and I saw this change happening slowly gradually to me. From a disturbed and chaotic mind I was able to settle down with a calm and peaceful state of mind. From the mindset of scarcity I could change myself to a mindset of abundance and prosperity. From the emotions of sadness and anxieties, I have shifted to happiness and optimism. From being a timid and scared person, I could build up on my confidence level and feel my power, and so much more. I started feeling meaningful with my life. This is how learning Yoga has helped me, and I cannot say it's only Yoga but as I mentioned it was the beginning and it led me on the right path of change getting from one to another path of progress.

With all of this it does not mean, that I never think negative or I am never sad, or in doubt. But with these practices my ability to bounce back is there, and it's easy to alter my state of mind from negative to positive in a quicker way. It has changed my life a lot for good.

Yog sach mein ek magical practice hai.. Aap karte ho to aapne bhi definitely feel Kiya hoga ki ye sirf aapko physically fit rakhne mein hi nahi balki mentally fit rakhne mein bhi help karta hai. Main khud every morning Yog aur Dhyan karta hoon to I also can say that this is the skill that has changed my life too. πππΌ
