AFRITUNES WEEK 180// WHEN YOU HOLD MY HANDS// COVERED BY @AKWASH360
Hello beautiful people. It’s another wonderful week, and I’m excited to share a new rendition with you all. For this week’s edition, I did a cover of the song “When You Hold My Hands” by David Dam. Although it’s a short chorus, it carries such a powerful message. It has been my favorite song throughout the week, and I never get tired of listening to it. It has truly been a blessing to my soul, and I enjoyed every moment of working on it.
First of all, I must say that David Dam is an outstanding singer who understands the principles and structure of good music. I really appreciate the style he adopted in this particular song, it’s so refreshing. Beyond that, his voice is remarkable, and it adds so much depth and beauty to the sound. He is definitely gifted in his calling, and he delivers with excellence.
In addition, he has a wonderful team that is clearly dedicated and committed to giving their best. Their level of coordination is admirable, and the way they blended their parts was simply amazing. Each person understood their role and delivered it excellently. They truly deserve commendation for such a beautiful performance.
The instrumentalists also deserve special mention. They are incredibly talented individuals who clearly know their craft. The way they communicate through their instruments is outstanding, it shows mastery. They always know the right chord or note to strike, and they do it flawlessly. Honestly, they are exceptional, and together they form a well-coordinated team that delivers music at a very high level.
