We are glad to share a new contest for this month. September has a special day: International Day of Peace on September 21.

Peace is very important for everyone. So this time we make a small challenge for you to create something about it. Let us use our hands and minds to show kindness, calm, and good feelings with this topic:

Your ideas were amazing again! Many of you made beautiful and useful things for bees and nature. Some were simple, some were deep in meaning - all were full of love.

This Month: ☮️ DIY for Peace 🌍

Make something that shows peace, friendship, or harmony and share it with Hive! It can be art, home decoration, something small to share, or something practical that gives calm and good moods. Let’s bring more positive feelings by DIYing!



Why We Do This?

The Day of Peace is a reminder that people everywhere should be able to live in respect and harmony. Unfortunately, this is not the case for everyone, and there are endless places on our earth where people live in fear for their lives. With creativity, we can connect, give a bit of hope, and show empathy for those in need.

This contest is our way to celebrate peace and invite you to make something with heart.


🌼 What Can You Create?

Some ideas, but feel free to do your own:

  • Artwork, crafts, or handmade symbols about peace
  • DIY decorations with doves, branches, or mandalas
  • Small things that bring calm or help relax
  • Upcycled crafts with message of unity
  • Clothes or accessories with peace signs
  • Any project that shows kindness and harmony


🌍 Be Responsible ♻️

If you can, please use natural or recycled materials. We want to think more about our planet and also encourage you to do so. Every day, so much waste is created, but we can turn it into something new and be a good example for others around us.

In DIYHub, we love it when you use things like bottles, old boxes, natural pieces, broken things and more to convert them into something new. These projects get more love and points, because they care for nature too.

Your event today on the occasion of World Peace Day on September 21st really awakens the inner man in all of us. We will be happy to express our great ideas, especially for caring for the environment, with art. Surely this event will awaken all of us to artistic skills and cleaning the thunder.

I express my respect and love to all the winners present. Of course their skills are immense. And I also have love for those who are in the mansion below. Surely one of you will occupy the top spot later.
