To celebrate Gamer Day, Matsucon's friends, together with the Crepuscular shopping center, organized a small activity at the shopping center's facilities. The Gamer Fest took place last Saturday. It was a day for the geek community to share.

Of course, a gamer zone was set up so that attendees could have a good time, and various activities were organized. There were quiz games and contests to win gifts from participating stores, as there were about four booths selling necklaces, posters, accessories, etc.

Para celebrar el Día del Gamer, los amigos de Matsucon, junto con el centro comercial Crepuscular, organizaron una pequeña actividad en las instalaciones del centro comercial. El Gamer Fest tuvo lugar el sábado pasado. Fue un día para que la comunidad geek compartiera.

Por supuesto, se habilitó una zona para gamers para que los asistentes pudieran pasar un buen rato, y se organizaron diversas actividades. Hubo juegos de preguntas y concursos para ganar regalos de las tiendas participantes, ya que había unas cuatro casetas que vendían collares, pósters, accesorios, etc.

First, I had lunch at home before going to the mall. I arrived around 1:15 p.m. because I was interested in seeing the cosplay parade and taking photos of the event. Quite a few people attended. On the first floor of the mall, in the Matsustore area, there was a small Maid Cafe, where a group of waitresses served the public.

There was a good variety of desserts and drinks at reasonable prices, so everyone could buy something. Matsustore also had all its products on display in case anyone wanted to buy something. Some desserts sold out quickly, especially the cheaper ones.

Primero, almorcé en casa antes de ir al centro comercial. Llegué alrededor de la 1:15 p. m. porque me interesaba ver el desfile de cosplay y tomar fotos del evento. Asistió bastante gente. En la primera planta del centro comercial, en la zona de Matsustore, había un pequeño Maid Cafe, donde un grupo de camareras atendía al público.

Había una buena variedad de postres y bebidas a precios razonables, por lo que todo el mundo podía comprar algo. Matsustore también tenía todos sus productos en exposición por si alguien quería comprar algo. Algunos postres se agotaron rápidamente, especialmente los más baratos.

I started chatting with my friends while waiting for the cosplay parade. It took place on the ground floor, on the central stage of the shopping mall. It was a free parade; cosplayers who wanted to participate just had to sign up and be ready when they were called. Each one made their brief walk down the runway to be evaluated by two cosplayer judges, who determined the top spots, which received nice prizes. The first-place winner also won a ticket to the big Matsucon event being held this month.

Empecé a charlar con mis amigos mientras esperaba el desfile de cosplay. Tuvo lugar en la planta baja, en el escenario central del centro comercial. Era un desfile gratuito, los cosplayers que querían participar solo tenían que inscribirse y estar listos cuando los llamaran. Cada uno hizo su breve paseo por la pasarela para ser evaluado por dos jueces cosplayers, que determinaron los primeros puestos, que recibieron bonitos premios. El primer puesto también ganó una entrada para el gran evento Matsucon que se celebra este mes.

When the cosplay parade ended, I went back to the first floor to continue chatting and enjoy the atmosphere for a while. It was early, I had only been there for a couple of hours, so I decided to take some more photos. Although I took some photos, I was feeling a little down.

It was four o'clock in the afternoon when I went home. When I left, there were still quite a few people there, playing games or shopping in the amatsustore area. They would stay there until the event ended at around 6 p.m.

The cosplay catwalk was entertaining, and it was a good day to celebrate Gamer's Day.

Cuando terminó el desfile de cosplay, volví a la primera planta para seguir charlando y disfrutar del ambiente durante un rato. Era temprano, solo llevaba allí un par de horas, así que decidí hacer algunas fotos más. Aunque hice pocas fotos, porque me sentía un poco decaído.

Eran las cuatro de la tarde cuando me fui a casa. Cuando me fui, todavía quedaba bastante gente allí, jugando o comprando en la zona de la tienda amatsustore. Se quedarían allí hasta que el evento terminara, alrededor de las 6 de la tarde.

La pasarela de cosplay fue entretenida y fue un buen día para celebrar el Día del Gamer.
