  • Hello everyone. How are you all? Welcome to my blog.

Yesterday I started playing Assassin's Creed Origins for the first time. To be honest, I became a big fan of this game from the beginning. The characters, the places, and the story of the game, everything is similar to ancient civilizations. The game is based on the story of how the kings of that time oppressed their subjects and how they rebelled against that oppression.

At the beginning of the story, we see the ruler of that time, Ptolemy XIII Theos Philopator, entering his kingdom. He was accompanied by many elephants. While entering the kingdom, he meets the main character of the game, Bayek of Siwa. Then the story suddenly jumps forward a year. It is then seen that Bayek is trying to kill a high ranking official of King Ptolemy. Why he is doing this is still not clear. Perhaps this incident is shown at the beginning to bring a twist to the story.

The man Bayek killed was named Rudzek the Heron. After killing him, his bodyguard attacked Bayek. This fight was to teach us how to fight, to teach us how to attack and defend. At first, the fight was quite difficult for me. I couldn't attack or defend properly. But after a while, I understood the strategy and finally defeated the bodyguard.

Then Bayek started looking for a way out of the pyramid. While searching, he discovered a secret passage. Going inside that way, he was surprised to see the extraordinary view of the pyramid. Huge statues all around, maybe they were made for some kings. I really liked the view. It felt like I was really inside the pyramid.

Bayek has a special ability called the Animus Pulse. Using this ability, he can find hidden objects or secret passages. Using this ability, he slowly finds his way out and makes it out of the pyramid.

Coming out, he saw one of his friends fighting three enemies. Without delay, Bayek rushed forward to help him. Although his friend was not a very skilled fighter, Bayek was. So in a short time, he defeated the three enemies. Then he looted their coins.

Bayek's friend, who was waiting for him was named Hepzefa. Hepzefa was very happy to see Bayek. He thought Bayek might be dead, because he had not heard from him for almost a year. Seeing his friend after so long, he was overcome with emotion and told him to return to Siwa.

The two set off on a camel ride to Siwa, their hometown. Along the way, Hepzefa tells the changes that have taken place in the city over the past year, the oppression the rulers have inflicted on it, and who has been killed. He adds that now Bayek must return and take charge and protect the city.

While talking, they reached Hepzefa's house. As soon as they entered, Hepzefa's mother came and saw Bayek and became very emotional. As if Bayek was her own son. She became worried when she saw the various wounds on Bayek's body. She told him to lie down and started applying medicine to his wounds with her own hands.

Thus begins Bayek's true journey in Assassin's Creed Origins. Perhaps a more difficult battle awaits. Perhaps Bayek will restore peace to his city of Siwa and punish the oppressors.

  • See you all in the next part.

The jump forward in time definitely creates a great mystery right at the start. It makes you really want to know what happened during that missing year to make Bayek so vengeful.

The beginning of the game is so interesting. The entrance of King Ptolemy with elephants looks grand and powerful. It shows the royal pride and the political tension.

The fight inside the pyramid is a good way to learn the combat system. At first it feels hard, but slowly understanding attack and defense makes it enjoyable. The pyramid view sounds amazing and full of ancient beauty.

The reunion with Hepzefa and his mother is emotional. After so much danger, seeing warmth and care feels special. It makes Bayek feel like a true protector of his home.
