Most of the efreet who answered the Conclave Arcana’s call are mercenaries from Incaendium. The conclave offered them coin, but it also offered something better: a chance to test their mettle in battle. For the faithful of Mitreyya, Goddess of Might, that’s worth more than any amount of rhodium.

Let the dwarves cling to their mountains and their myths. Let Oridum chase his secrets in the stone. The efreet aren’t here to serve a cause. They’re here to burn, brawl, and bask in the glory of combat.
