What Did You Learn About Yourself In The Past Year?

I’m not sure about you but for me, last year was a lot. I faced a major challenge that I’m still trying to sort out and it has been really hard for me in ways that I never even imagined. Life as we know it is filled with so many uncertainties. One moment everything seems fine with us and the other moment we don’t even know what’s going on anymore.

So for this week, we want you to think about that one thing or more that the past year struggles and challenges made you discover about yourself. Here are few ideas you can choose to write about.

• If you have the opportunity to do better or change anything about yourself what will it be?

• What is one thing you discovered about yourself that you never thought you were?

• Which experience changed your perspective about something in the past year that made you realize you have something to outgrow?

• What are the things that you plan to do this year that will make you a better person?
