I Finished 3rd Place 🥉👏🏼♟♥ : Friday Hive Chess S21 Tournament Round 12 ⚔
✨Chess brought me to Hive and it was one of the best decisions I ever made
I am proud of myself, I played pretty well yesterday and I finished 3rd place with 5.5 points and a tie break of 22.5 in the HiveChess Tournament yesterday.
It has really been an amazing year. We first concluded the Saturday HiveChess Tournament hosted by @samostically a few weeks ago and yesterday we finished season 21 of the Friday Hive Chess Tournament. There was a lot of chess this year and I enjoyed every single bit of it.

Estoy orgulloso de mí mismo, ayer jugué bastante bien y terminé en tercera posición con 5,5 puntos y un desempate de 22,5 en el torneo HiveChess de ayer.
Realmente ha sido un año increíble. Hace unas semanas concluimos el torneo HiveChess del sábado organizado por @samostically y ayer terminamos la temporada 21 del torneo Hive Chess del viernes. Este año ha habido mucho ajedrez y he disfrutado cada minuto.

✨JUSTOLA VS STAYOUTOFTHERZ:
This was a really fun game between I an @stayoutoftherz. It ended as a draw, my time got elapsed before I could land a checkmate.
🏹 I played white and opened with the Caro-Kann Defense. I tried to be as meticulous as possible and dominate the center because my opponent is an excellent player. Blacks blunder at move 34 which cost him a rook gave me the upperhand. I wasn't able to leverage it and win because I ran out of time. It was a fun game though.

Fue una partida muy divertida entre I y @stayoutoftherz. Terminó en empate, se me acabó el tiempo antes de poder hacer jaque mate.
🏹 Jugué con blancas y abrí con la defensa Caro-Kann. Intenté ser lo más meticuloso posible y dominar el centro, ya que mi oponente es un jugador excelente. Las negras cometieron un error en la jugada 34 que le costó una torre y me dio ventaja. No pude aprovecharla y ganar porque se me acabó el tiempo. Sin embargo, fue una partida divertida.

I played black here. My opponent played white and opened with the Scandinavian Defense: Modern Variation.
🏹 I didn't expect to win this round. Well, chess is also about not giving up. I leveraged an opening at move 37 and moved my Queen to a1. We dabbled round the board for some moment. I was about promoting my pawn when Whites time elapsed and I won the round.

Aquí jugué con las negras. Mi oponente jugó con las blancas y abrió con la defensa escandinava: variante moderna.
🏹 No esperaba ganar esta ronda. Bueno, en el ajedrez también se trata de no rendirse. Aproveché una apertura en la jugada 37 y moví mi reina a a1. Jugamos un rato alrededor del tablero. Estaba a punto de promocionar mi peón cuando se acabó el tiempo de las blancas y gané la ronda.
✨ROSEMARLY VS SOUTHGAMER
Rosemarly played pretty great today. She won a round against me too. I saw that she beat SouthGamer who has been on a winning streak in this tournament so I decided to look at their game together.
🏹 Rosemarly played white and opened with the Caro-Kann Defense. Move 16 was a wrong movement by black which cost him a rook and his positioning. White played a sleek move Rook to e8 and black resigned.
✨ROSEMARLY VS SOUTHGAMER
Rosemarly ha jugado muy bien hoy. También me ha ganado una partida. He visto que ha vencido a SouthGamer, que llevaba una racha ganadora en este torneo, así que he decidido ver su partida juntos..
🏹 Rosemarly jugaba con blancas y abrió con la defensa Caro-Kann. La jugada 16 fue un movimiento erróneo de las negras que le costó una torre y su posición. Las blancas jugaron una elegante jugada con la torre a e8 y las negras abandonaron.
