Photo Feed Contest - Landscape Photography Round 132 ~ Morning in the Rice Fields
Hello Hivers....
This post is my entry for the Landscape Photography contest hosted by @photofeed. If you would like to participate, please read and follow the rules here
In the photo I'm sharing, the sun rises just behind a simple wooden hut, a farmer's shelter, breaking the thin mist and illuminating the dewdrops on the tips of the rice paddies. That first light isn't blinding; it's soft, warm, and soothing.
The silhouette of a hut stands as a marker of the simple rhythm of life. This is where hoes are usually rested, provisions prepared, and small talk flows before work begins. As the light creeps up, the sounds of nature complement the ambiance: birdsong from the treeline, insects waking slowly, and the rustling of the wind rustling through the rice stalks.
The morning dew is a supporting actor that steals the spotlight. The clear droplets resemble tiny beads, emphasizing a freshness that cannot be bought. At times like these, rice paddies are not just productive fields, but landscapes that soothe the soul, reminding us that fertility is born of patience and time.
Such scenes also hold cultural value. The huts and rice fields are icons of rural Indonesia, symbols of collective work and local wisdom in managing water, land, and the seasons. Behind their beauty lies a story of mutual cooperation, irrigation, and inherited knowledge that ensures rice reaches the table.
For photography enthusiasts or travelers, morning is the best time to visit the rice paddies. The low light creates beautiful contrasts, the mist adds layers of atmosphere, and the farmers' activities create a dynamic atmosphere. Come before the sun is high, walk slowly along the embankment and let the scent of wet earth and fresh air prolong the moment of silence.

Wow, this is nature at its peak. The sun rising in the morning just behind the hut, the dew, the sky and the beautiful vegetations just In front of the hut.
