I think this man was a rapido driver because he was looking at his mobile. Rapido is an Indian company which provides quick ride service through bike. It also offer services using taxicab and auto rickshaw. However, I have mostly seen bike riding under Rapido. Anybody who has bike can install Rapido app in their mobile and provide bike ride service to others who need it. Even they work part time and earn money using Rapido. It has been very popular service in India.

These people were actually standing near a tea stall and talking with each other.

Both of them carry and deliver grocery items to shops.
