In this round 149 of the PhotoFeed: Macro Photography contest.

This time, I’d like to share a photo of a small creature that wasn’t very familiar to me.
It’s a weevil, a tiny beetle with a distinctive long snout.
I found and photographed this insect while visiting a friend in Ciamis. The yard around his house was filled with wild plants, and that instantly sparked my enthusiasm to go on a little macro hunt.
And this is what I managed to capture.
