Let's go pink (Photo contest)

Thank you so much for this wonderful idea. @stresskiller You made me realize PINK is more around us that we can actually notice. This is a good way to bring some pink into my life... Great contest.

Let's go through some details and history a little bit.

Pink is a soft color, like a quiet voice or a warm feeling. It lives between red and white—taking the strong energy from red but softened by the peace of white. It can be very light, like cherry blossoms or pink salt, or strong like fuchsia and magenta. People often connect pink with kindness, fun, and sweet emotions—like blushing after a compliment or watching a calm pink sunset.

In branding and design, pink has many moods. It can feel young and full of life, or soft and elegant, depending on how you use it. In history, pink was once seen as a color for men in the 1700s, a few decades back was more like a feminine color but now it’s loved for how it works for everyone, no matter their identity.

OK!!! Now let’s really go PINK (The Pink Contest)

Since I read about this contest, I gave myself the opportunity to look for pink stuffs around me. It is funny how many things go unnoticed, at least for me, with this vivid color that marks a diferent in the enviroment. Pink really stands out. I saw the obvious pink flowers, but also from cars to bicybles. Amazing things to immortalize in a photo. Here I present to you what my lenses caught while fishing for PINK, sometimes I did it intentionally, others they touched my eyes by accident, like if they knew about this contest and wanted to surprise me with their brilliant presence.

Here you got the Pink I found. I hope you enjoy them.

Nature in Pink

The fist picture is a tree from a park in a town called Caimito in Cuba. I was visiting and I noticed it from far away. As you can see it makes a very nice pinky contrast with the rest.

Can I gave the PINK flavor?
What would be a pink contest without an ice cream shot…This is an ice cream place in my town (Bauta) called Heladitos (little ice creams)

You better FIX IT IN PINK

One day, my own bicycle (not the one with the pink wheel), got broken. I went to this place where they fix them. While I was waiting I saw this other bicycle and the Pink Contest was the first thing that came to my mind. Wheels and pedals are in pink. Isn't that amazing?

This car was there on my way to the gym. So pink that I couldn't deny the photo. Is it pink enough?

Pink Vacation

Last weekend I went to a short vacation to a small village called Bacunayagua. I stayed in a place call Yamila's Garden. It was really a wonderful time in this little paradise close to the beach. I took my camera and photographed a lot but I kept in mind the Pink Contest. I hope you likem as much as I did.

This is not enirely pink but it has the rainbow and pink is in there.

Havana is a colorful city. It is full of contrast all over. This is around the Central Park where all these pink classic cars gives a pink ride for you to experience the city in Pink.

My intimate Pinky Side (my own garden)

I have a little garden I called Petit Eden Jardin. From time to time it surprises me with some flowers and some of them are pink. I enjoy this small place of my house a lot. It is my Zen place where I read, have breakfast, dinner or lunch. It is a very special place for me. Enjoy these pinky gesture from nature.

Pink is more than a color—it’s a story and a feeling in full bloom. Rooted in history, once worn by men back in centuries, refuses by some a few decades ago and spreading all over in these modern times; pink has journeyed from a symbol of elegance and power to one of tenderness, joy, and creative freedom. In this contest, through Yamila’s garden, the vibrant corners of Havana, and my own backyard, pink reveals its timeless message: that beauty evolves, but its warmth always stays. Through every petal and photo, we’re reminded that where love and imagination take root, beauty flourishes.

¡Vamos a por el rosa! (Concurso de fotografía)

Muchas gracias por esta maravillosa idea. @stresskiller Me hiciste darme cuenta de que el ROSA está más presente en nuestro entorno de lo que realmente percibimos. Es una buena manera de incorporar el rosa a mi vida... ¡Genial concurso!

Repasemos algunos detalles y su historia.

El rosa es un color suave, como una voz suave o una sensación cálida. Se encuentra entre el rojo y el blanco, tomando la fuerte energía del rojo pero suavizada por la paz del blanco. Puede ser muy suave, como las flores de cerezo o la sal rosa, o intenso como el fucsia y el magenta. La gente suele asociar el rosa con la amabilidad, la diversión y las emociones dulces, como sonrojarse después de un cumplido o contemplar una tranquila puesta de sol rosa.

En branding y diseño, el rosa tiene muchas emociones. Puede transmitir una sensación de juventud y vitalidad, o de suavidad y elegancia, según cómo se use. Históricamente, el rosa se consideraba un color masculino en el siglo XVIII. Hace unas décadas era más femenino, pero ahora es apreciado por su efecto en todos, sin importar su identidad.

¡OK! ¡Ahora sí, Nos vamos ROSA! (El Concurso Rosa)

Desde que leí sobre este concurso, me di la oportunidad de buscar cosas rosadas a mi alrededor. Es curioso cuántas cosas pasan desapercibidas, al menos para mí, con este color tan vivo que marca la diferencia en el ambiente. El rosa realmente resalta. Vi las típicas flores rosadas, desde autos hasta bicicletas. Cosas increíbles para inmortalizar en una foto. Aquí les presento lo que mis lentes captaron mientras buscaba algo ROSADO. A veces lo hice intencionalmente, otras me llegaban a los ojos sin querer, como si supieran del concurso y quisieran sorprenderme con su brillante presencia.

Aquí tienen lo rosa que encontré. Espero que lo disfruten.

Naturaleza en rosa

La primera foto es de un árbol de un parque en un pueblo llamado Caimito, Cuba. Estaba de visita y lo vi desde lejos. Como pueden ver, crea un bonito contraste rosado con el resto.

¿Puedo probar el sabor ROSA?
¿Qué sería de un concurso rosa sin una foto de helado de fresas?… Esta es una heladería en mi pueblo (Bauta) que se llama Heladitos.

Mejor ARREGLÁLO EN ROSA

Un día, mi bicicleta (no la de la rueda rosa) se rompió. Fui a un sitio donde las arreglan. Mientras esperaba, vi otra bicicleta y lo primero que me vino a la mente fue el Concurso Rosa. Las ruedas y los pedales son de color rosa. ¿No es increíble?

Este coche estaba allí, en mi camino al gimnasio. Tan rosa que no pude negar la foto. ¿Será lo suficientemente rosa?

Vacaciones Rosas

El fin de semana pasado me fui de vacaciones a un pequeña Villa llamada Bacunayagua. Me alojé en el Jardín de Yamila. Pasé un tiempo maravilloso en este pequeño paraíso cerca de la playa. Llevé mi cámara (teléfono) y tiré muchas fotos, pero tuve en cuenta el Concurso Rosa. Espero que les guste tanto como a mí.

Esta orquídea crece en un lugar seco y cerca de la costa. Estaba escalando y lo vi ahí. 👆🏻

Esto no es completamente rosa, pero tiene el arcoíris y el rosa está presente.

Decoración rosa de La Habana

La Habana es una ciudad colorida. Está llena de contrastes por todas partes. Alrededor del Parque Central, todos estos autos clásicos color rosas te ofrecen un paseo rosa para que disfrutes de la ciudad de forna rosada.

Mi lado Rosa ms íntimo (mi propio jardín)

Tengo un pequeño jardín al que llamo Petit Eden Jardin. De vez en cuando me sorprende con flores, algunas de ellas color rosado. Disfruto muchísimo de este pequeño rincón de mi casa. Es mi zen, donde leo, desayuno, ceno o almuerzo. Es un lugar muy especial para mí. Disfruta de estos pequeños detalles de la naturaleza.

Una conclusión rosada

El rosa es más que un color: es una historia y un sentimiento en plena floración. Con raíces históricas, usado por hombres hace siglos, rechazado por algunos hace unas décadas y extendido por todas partes en estos tiempos modernos; El rosa ha pasado de ser un símbolo de elegancia y poder a ser uno de ternura, alegría y libertad creativa. En este concurso, a través del jardín de Yamila, los vibrantes rincones de La Habana y mi propio patio, el rosa revela su mensaje atemporal: que la belleza evoluciona, pero su calidez siempre permanece. A través de cada pétalo y foto, recordamos que donde el amor y la imaginación echan raíces, la belleza florece.

ピンクで楽しもう（フォトコンテスト）

この素晴らしいアイデアを本当にありがとうございます。おかげで、ピンクは私たちの身近にあるけれど、実際には気づかないほどたくさんあることに気づきました。これは、生活にピンクを取り入れる良い方法ですね…素晴らしいコンテストですね。

少し詳細と歴史を見てみましょう。

ピンクは、静かな声や温かい気持ちのように、柔らかな色です。赤と白の間に位置し、赤の力強いエネルギーを受け継ぎながら、白の静けさによって柔らかさが加わります。桜やピンクソルトのように淡い色にも、フューシャやマゼンタのように力強い色にもなります。ピンクは、優しさ、楽しさ、甘い感情と結び付けられることが多いです。例えば、褒められた後に顔を赤らめたり、穏やかなピンク色の夕焼けを眺めたりといった具合です。

ブランディングやデザインにおいて、ピンクは様々な雰囲気を持っています。使い方次第で、若々しく活気に満ちた印象にも、柔らかくエレガントな印象にもなります。歴史的に見て、ピンクは1700年代には男性のための色とされ、数十年前は女性的な色とされていましたが、今ではアイデンティティに関わらず、誰にでも似合うことから愛されています。

このコンテストのことを知り、身の回りにあるピンク色のものを探してみることにしました。周りの環境を際立たせるこの鮮やかな色があるのに、気づかないことが多いのは不思議です。少なくとも私にとっては。ピンクは本当に目立ちます。あちこちで見かけたピンクの花はもちろん、車や自転車など、様々なものに目を奪われました。写真に残せるなんて、素晴らしいですね。ピンク色の光を求めてレンズが捉えた光をご紹介します。意図的に捉えたものもあれば、偶然目に当たったものもありました。まるでこのコンテストのことを知っていて、その鮮やかな存在感で私を驚かせようとしたかのようです。

ピンクの自然

最初の写真は、キューバのカイミトという町にある公園の木です。そこを訪れていた時に、遠くからこの木に気づきました。ご覧の通り、他の木ととても美しいピンク色のコントラストを生み出しています。

ピンク味を出してもいいですか？
アイスクリームの写真がないとピンクコンテストになりませんよね…これは私の町（バウタ）にあるHeladitos（小さなアイスクリーム）というアイスクリーム屋さんです。

ピンクで修理した方がいい

ある日、自分の自転車（ピンクの車輪の自転車ではありません）が壊れてしまいました。そこで、修理してくれるお店に行きました。待っている間に、別の自転車が目に入ったのですが、真っ先にピンクコンテストが頭に浮かびました。車輪とペダルがピンク色なんです。すごいと思いませんか？

ジムに行く途中にこの車が目に入りました。ピンク色すぎて、写真だとバレバレです。ピンクって感じでしょうか？

ピンクバケーション

先週末、バクナヤグアという小さな村に短い休暇に行きました。ヤミラズガーデンという場所に滞在しました。ビーチに近いこの小さな楽園で、本当に素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。カメラを持ってたくさん写真を撮りましたが、ピンクコンテストも忘れていませんでした。皆さんも私と同じくらい気に入ってくれると嬉しいです。

これは、このような乾燥した場所で、しかもコストが安い場所で育った蘭です。登山中に見かけたんです。 👆🏻

これは完全にピンク色ではありませんが、虹のような色合いでピンクも混ざっています。

ハバナは色鮮やかな街です。街全体がコントラストに満ちています。これはセントラルパーク周辺で、ピンクのクラシックカーがピンク色の車内を走っていて、ピンク色の街を体感できます。

私の親密な小指側 (私の（自宅の庭）

小さな庭があり、「プチ・エデン・ジャルダン」と呼んでいます。時々、花が咲いて私を驚かせてくれます。中にはピンク色のものも。家の中のこの小さな場所をとても気に入っています。読書をしたり、朝食や夕食、昼食をとったりする、私にとっての禅の空間です。私にとって特別な場所です。自然からの小さな贈り物を楽しんでください。

ピンクで締めくくり

ピンクは単なる色ではありません。物語であり、満開に咲き誇る感情です。歴史に根ざし、何世紀も前に男性が身につけていたピンクは、数十年前には一部の人々に拒絶され、現代にも広く浸透しています。ピンクは、優雅さと力強さの象徴から、優しさ、喜び、そして創造的な自由の象徴へと変化してきました。このコンテストでは、ヤミラの庭、ハバナの活気あふれる街角、そして私の裏庭を通して、ピンクは時代を超えたメッセージを伝えています。それは、美しさは進化するけれど、その温かさは永遠に残るということです。一つ一つの花びらと写真を通して、愛と想像力が根付くところに、美しさが花開くことを私たちは思い出させられます。
