Still Loving You - Scorpions (cover by @maiasun84) Vibes Web3 Music Week 38 [ENG-ESP]

Hello, #Vibes community!!!

Week 38 of the contest, and for this occasion, I'm inspired to submit a rock ballad that's my age. Still Loving You, by the German band Scorpions, is one of those songs that has remained in the musical memories of several generations and that has always moved me personally, even though I'd never tried to sing it before.

Precisely, that's one of the motivations that keeps me coming back to Vibes with each new round: testing myself with more or less complex themes, setting myself challenges, trying to surpass myself, and being with the songs.

This anthem to desperate love was part of the album "Love at First Sting," released in 1984. It highlights the idea of reconquering lost love regardless of barriers and pride, a feeling that persists and is emphatically noticeable as some phrases are repeated.

The guitar solo evokes a melancholic feeling, very much in the vein of Scorpions' compositions, and whose virtuosic expressiveness has made it one of the band's and Rock & Roll's most iconic songs.

I hope you enjoy this cover as much as I enjoyed performing it. We'll continue to meet every week.

Hola, comunidad de #Vibes!!!
Semana 38 del concurso y para esta ocasión me animo a traer una balada rock que tiene mi misma edad. Still loving you, de la banda alemana Scorpions, es una de esas canciones que ha quedado en la memoria musical de varias generaciones y que personalmente siempre me han movido, aunque nunca antes había intentado cantarla.

Precisamente, esa es una de las motivaciones que me hacen regresar a Vibes en cada nueva ronda: probarme con temas más o menos complejos, imponerme retos, tratar de superarme y ser con las canciones.

Este himno al amor desesperado, formó parte del álbum "Love at First Sting", lanzado en 1984. Destaca la idea de reconquistar el amor perdido sin importar las barreras y el orgullo, sentimiento que persiste y se nota enfático según se repiten algunas frases.

El solo de guitarra provoca una sensación melancólica, muy del estilo de las composiciones de Scorpions, y cuya virtuosa expresividad le ha convertido en uno de los más emblemáticos de la banda y del Rock & Roll en general.

Espero que puedan disfrutar este cover así como yo he disfrutado interpretarlo.
