Hi guys, I want to share the joy of the launch of my first APP based on the Hive API. For this, I was exploring the documentation of https://developers.hive.io/, specifically the endpoint 'condenser_api.get_discussions_by_created', which controls the entries published under a specific tag.

After seeing how this endpoint works, I realized it could be used to create an application that helps community leaders and other hivers choose winners of contests and giveaways. Thus, the idea of Hive Away was born. It's a simple JavaScript app that uses the Hive API to randomly select a number of posts and authors with a specific tag.

In addition, as an added tool for curators or community leaders, it can generate a table with 100 results organized by creation date with the latest posts that have been made with a specific tag.

Cuando la ví en Twitter la abrí en el celular y estaba súper de lujo. Minimalista y me encantó la idea, súper interesante. Ya que estás en esa línea de los giveaways https://twitterpicker.com/ que posibilidad de llegar la app a esto 😅

Bueno, mis conocimientos de programación no son demasiado altos, pero quizá pueda con una versión mejorada en Vue.JS. Pero me falta estudiar mucho para eso, si alguien está interesado podríamos aunar esfuerzos. Creo que el desarrollo también depende del nivel de aceptación que tenga. Si este MVP resulta ser bastante usado por la comunidad, entonces valdrá la pena embarcarse en un proyecno mayor.

Awesome little tool! I could see Scholar & Scribe making some use of it :)

One bit of feedback: it doesn't seem to accept tags with hyphens in it, yet many exist (e.g. #hive-engine)

¡Excelente! Es genial ver tu creatividad y empleo de habilidades en función de mejorar la comunidad y Blockchain Hive en general, felicitaciones por esta nueva App mi pana, y cómo no desearte un éxito rotundo con ella :)

Sin dudas éste será un aditamento que le facilitará mucho las cosas a las cuentas que suelen hacer giveaways, bueno, además de que ayudará a atraer más usuarios a la blockchain de Hive cuando se expongan los diversos Giveaways en las redes sociales :D
