Clothing inspired by the character Tarsa from Splinterlands (ENG/ESP)
Hello dear friends, I share a nice inspiration for the weekly Splinterlands contest, this is a set of clothes for my daughter's Barbie, this time I was inspired by another of the female characters of the Splinterlands cards called Tarsa, is an Outfit, very nice youth, use it a lot as a child, I really like for girls is a beautiful design, elegant and discreet, I remember we called jumper type panties.
It is also a design very used in some schools for being comfortable and conservative.
It is said that Tarsa was born with fire in her blood, her fiery fury and temper are amplified by her powers to invoke and control fire, her parents and teachers try to help her to keep her patience in the face of such a dangerous magic.
Her youthful and innocent appearance helps her to further control those around her, it is said that she always gets what she wants, especially if someone challenges her.

Hola queridos amigos, les comparto una bonita inspiración para el concurso semanal de Splinterlands, se trata de un conjunto de ropa, para la Barbie de mi hija, en esta oportunidad me inspire en otro de los personajes femeninos de las cartas de Splinterlands llamada Tarsa, es un Outfit, juvenil muy bonito, lo use mucho de niña, me gusta mucho para las niñas es un precioso diseño, elegante y discreto, recuerdo que le decíamos jumper tipo bragas.
También es un diseño muy usando en algunos colegios por ser cómodos y conservadores.
Ahora les voy a hablar un poco de Tarsa, Se dice que Tarsa, nació con fuego en la sangre, su furia ardiente y su temperamento, se ven amplificados por sus poderes para invocar y controlar el fuego, sus padres y maestros intentan ayudarla a que mantenga la paciencia ante una magia tan peligrosa.
Su apariencia joven e inocente la ayudan a controlar aún más a quienes la rodean, se dice que consigue siempre lo que quiere, sobre todo si alguien la desafía.

To start I took the materials and tools needed to achieve this cute outfit, starting to make first the blouse with white fabric and lace.
The first thing I did was to take Barbie's body measurements, such as shoulders, bust, length of the blouse, waist, length and width of the skirt.
Para empezar tomé los materiales y herramientas necesarias para lograr este lindo conjunto de ropa, comenzando a confeccionar en primer lugar la blusa con tela y encaje de color blanco.
Lo primero que hice fue tomar las medidas del cuerpo de la Barbie, como hombros, busto, largo de la blusa, cintura, largo y ancho de la falda.

After writing down all the measurements in my notebook, I took them to the fabric, then I traced and marked, with a pencil, each point to start cutting the pieces of the blouse, considering to leave 2 cm more for the front piece because of the size of Barbie's bust, besides that, the cut of the back piece does not have a V cut.
Finishing cutting the 2 pieces of the blouse, I cut the 2 pieces for the sleeves, taking as reference the width of the armholes plus 2 cm extra to gather the sleeves.
Luego de haber anotado todas las medidas en mi cuaderno de notas, las lleva a la tela, después fui trazando y marcando, con un lápiz, cada punto para desde allí, comenzar a cortar las piezas de la blusa, considerando dejar 2 cm de más para la pieza delantera por el tamaño del busto de la Barbie, además de ello el corte de la pieza trasera no lleva corte en V.
Terminando de cortar las 2 piezas de la blusa, corté las 2 piezas para las mangas, tomando como referencia en ancho de las sisas más 2 cm adicionales para fruncir las mangas.

After I finished cutting all the pieces of the blouse I went to my husband's grandmother's sewing machine to start sewing the blouse, now I have my machine crashed.
Next I cut part of the lace ribbon to decorate the neck and sleeves of the blouse, then I sewed the sides and hem, and with these steps I finished the cutting and sewing of the blouse.
Después que termine de cortar todas las piezas de la blusa fui a la máquina de coser de la abuela de mi esposo, para comenzar a coser la blusa, ahora tengo mi máquina accidentada.
Enseguida corte parte de la cinta de encaje para decorar el cuello y mangas de la blusa, luego cosí los lados y ruedo, y con estos pasos termine el corte y costura de la blusa.

At this point, cut the skirt with the checkered fabric, which although it is not the same color, it is similar to the pattern design of the original piece.
With the measurements I marked and cut the skirt, at this point I cut a rectangle of 30 cm by 8 cm, for the skirt, a square, and 3 smaller rectangles for the belt loops and waistband, then I sewed on the machine each of the pieces.
The first thing I sewed, was a white ribbon to make a decorative faralao in the hem, I was gathering it with the tip of the scissors and it looks very nice, I had never done it with this technique, it is really great, I found it faster and easier than how I did it before.
En ese mismo momento, pase a cortar la falda con la tela de cuadros, que aunque no es del mismo color, es similar el diseño del estampado de la pieza original.
Con las medidas marque y corte la falda, en este punto corte un rectángulo de 30 cm por 8 cm, para la falda, un cuadro, y 3 rectángulos más pequeños para las trabillas y pretina, luego pase a coser en la máquina cada una de las piezas.
Lo primero que cosí, fue una cinta blanca para hacer un faralao decorativo en el ruedo, el mismo fui frunciendo con la punta de la tijera y queda muy bonito, nunca lo había hecho con esta técnica, realmente resulta genial, me pareció más rápido y fácil de como lo hacía anteriormente.

Finishing the gathering of the hem, I sewed the gathering of the upper part of the skirt, at this moment I also sewed the waistband and the loops with the buttons, and sewed this piece in the center of the skirt, then I closed the skirt, sewing the back part, and it was here where I finished this outfit of Tarsa for my daughter's Barbie.
Terminando el fruncido del ruedo, cosí el fruncido de la parte superior de la falda, en este momento también cosí la pretina y las trabillas con los botones, y cosí esta pieza en el centro de la falda, luego cerré la falda, cosiendo la parte trasera, y fue aquí donde di por terminado, este outfit de Tarsa para la Barbie de mi hija.
