That's actually a powerful habit. Learning one new thing every day instead of mindless scrolling is one of the highest-leverage changes anyone can make.
I did something similar,I stopped doomscrolling first thing in the morning and replaced it with reading or learning. The difference in clarity, mood, and productivity is insane. Thanks 🙏 for stopping by.
