Si tuvieras ahora mismo el poder de crear una ley única en tu país, ¿cuál sería?
Leí esta pregunta y hay tantas cosas que me vienen a la mente.
Vivo en un país con diversos problemas, pero el mayor de ellos es la falta de cumplimiento de la ley. Pueden existir miles; aun así, algunas no se cumplen.
También existen otros problemas, como leyes que necesitan una actualización, reglamentos que permitan la sana convivencia, así como también que la ley sea más dura para algunos crímenes.
¿Para qué haría penas más duras?
La corrupción, esto es algo que ha destruido el país y ha calado muy hondo a todos los sectores. Así que, dependiendo del nivel, debería tener una pena mayor, bien sea en multas o privación de libertad.
Delitos de odio y delitos atroces. Lastimosamente, en mi país se le ha perdido la fe a la justicia, debido a que nunca sucede nada al respecto, y son pocos los casos donde hay justicia. A pesar de ello, las penas que hay en cuanto a delitos atroces y de odio son absurdas en comparación con el daño que pueden llegar a causar.
Es una opinión impopular, pero la pena debería de ser cadena perpetua.
Y, ¿qué leyes crearía?
Crearía reglamentos que permitan la sana convivencia. Si me sigues en redes, notarás que siempre me quejo de lo mismo: El ruido exagerado que hacen mis vecinos.
Gritan, hablan gritando, música todo el día hasta el siguiente a un volumen exagerado, y todo lo que se les pueda ocurrir.
Esto es algo que afecta a todos, niños, jóvenes, adultos y ancianos; sin embargo, no importa lo que se haga, nunca hay un cambio.
En mi país existen los "Consejos Comunales", los cuales no hacen nada al respecto con la sana convivencia. También, si llamas a la policía, nadie llega.
Así que no solo crearía este reglamento a nivel nacional, sino que también daría sanciones severas en caso de que las autoridades como la policía y los Consejos Comunales no atendieran las problemáticas que afectan a las comunidades. Que, al fin y al cabo, esa es su verdadera función.
Sé que hoy en día mi país es un desastre en diversos aspectos, pero confío en que pronto todo cambiará, que las cosas van a mejorar y que Venezuela será el país que todos queremos.
Donde la ley se cumpla, donde se pueda vivir y estar con tranquilidad y verdadera paz.

I would create regulations that allow healthy coexistence. If you follow me on social media, you will notice that I always complain about the same thing: The exaggerated noise my neighbors make.
They shout, talk shouting, play music all day long until the next at an exaggerated volume, and everything they can think of.
This is something that affects everyone, children, young people, adults and the elderly; However, no matter what is done, there is never a change.
