Even though I am discouraged or tired I can just let go of myself for hours in something that I truly care about, and this happens without noticing that the time is passing. That excitement makes my hard working struggles feel the worth. When there's passion, I do not only work but also feeling alive through the work.

There have been times when I took on some work which was not that much of fruitful, but I still gave my best into them because they mattered to me. Also, they helped me grow, get a sense of joy or connection. That feeling, to me is more valuable than anything in the world. Still, I agree that passion alone is not going to pay the bills, and this is where profit enters in the room.

Well, to me profit is not about becoming wealthy or showing how much successful I am. I believe that it is about having enough to live with stability and to support my loved one. Also, it helps to remove the heavy stress that financial struggles causes. In other way, you can say that profit does protect passion. If money was not something to worry about, then there’s more space for focus and resourcefulness. However, profit is the only ground where passion can stand tall.

I know how easy it is to chase profit alone and also can end up being dissatisfied. I believe that if there is no passion behind the work then it would feel like a chore to any person and the excitement fades away very quickly. For that reason I see profit as a support system and not as the main motivator.

Alongside these, independence plays a huge role too. Independence is a freedom to having the right to choose my own path. It includes things such as making decisions and not to feel the heavy responsibility to carry someone else’s expectations. Independence is going to provide me the room to breathe. Because freedom gives me the approval to say “no” to the things that I don’t like, and say“yes” to the things that pleased me.

I like freedom it gives me the chance to create my own routine, pick my own choice of work, and take responsibility for my own decisions which feels deeply fulfilling. Freedom is great but without passion's guidance independence can feel like a space with no direction. So it really does circles back to passion as the core.

When I look at these three things together I only don’t see profit, passion, and independence as separate boxes. I feel that they connect and overlap each other. Passion is what keeps me alive, profit is the thing that helps to sustains it, and independence is the open space where I can live freely. If any of these are missing then life can get off balance.

If I place them in order, then my first choice is passion then second is independence and the third is profit, it's the last one because it supports the first two. In the end, the thing that truly drives me is passion. What I want the most is not just to live, but also wanting to feel alive.
