The World Needs More Peace. LOH#278

Hello Ladies , Happy Sunday and Happy New Month. I welcome you the the wonderful month of march. Praying that we march into greater blessings this new month.

So one simple joy that I think the world currently needs now is "PEACE" and I don't mean that kind of loud thing, I mean real peace that actually settles inside your spirit , soul and body and helps you relax and breathe well.
If we are being honest here, we all know that the world of late has been loud , crazy, alot of happening everywhere, Bad news here and there, arguements here and there, even the pressure not daily living, pressure to succeed , pressure to win etc. it is just as if everyone is running a race that nobody is seeing, and PEACE is now becoming scarces.

The peace I'm talking about is not about country's not fighting each,but of course that also is very important , but the peace I am actually talking about is the personal kind of peace , peace in people's homes, in friendships, in relationships, etc like the ability to just exist without constant tension.

See, sometimes ehn.. when I sit at night, and then everywhere is quiet, then I realised that silence is very beautiful , like no notifications, no drama, just calmness and in that moment I do imagine if more people experienced this kind of inner quiet, seriously the world would feel more better and softer.

I feel like many people are just mentally tired already , they are physically exhausted. Worrying, overthinking about tomorrow , Replaying your past happenings, all these mental stress steals ones joy, and when someone doesn't have peace , it's becomes difficult for them to Evan say they want to share happiness. It's not even possible.

Peace makes patient,it makes people more kinder,it makes people think before they react, when they are now restless inside that's another thing, everything will just be hard hard, small disagreement, there will be fight and hatred.
Even if it's a little peace , seriously it wil go along way, having peace bonds families, bonds people, like just imagine friendship without any form of competition, same with relationships and some others, that's the kind of simple joy I think we need in the world.

And peace actually doesn't cost you any money,it is not something that you buy with money, it is something that we choose, choosing to not react harshly, choosing to let go of somethings, choosing to also forgive sometimes.
And of course we know that in life there will always be problems , yeah peace doesn't mean that everything will be perfect , nope.. it just means that you are not allowing yourself to be controlled by chaos.

Me I personally crave for peace more than anything in this life, the kind of peace I crave is one that I can sleep well at night, I can go about my day without any distress.

If more people in the world prioritise peace both internally and externally,I genuinely believe that the world will feel much more lighter, conversation, relationship, friendships, and all will be healthier.

So yes, if there's one simple thing I believe the world needs right now, then it is PEACE.
