A budget friendly house is my concern. In a large house, everyone has their own room and so a distance is maintained. Especially one is not aware what is happening in the next room. But when it comes to a small house, less rooms with space constraints can keep you intact.
Quality matters rather than the quantity. This application to a certain level, I follow. Money definitely matters but besides monetary, you are saving energy, time and the health you are going to invest into this project
Living in a spacious house, which gives an alarm every now and then, for repair and maintenance is equal to killing our peace of mind. Because this is the place where we rest , at the end of a tiresome day.
A home is anyone's dream. When I wish to buy one or make one, let that be a lifetime investment. While purchasing a new home, we can never expect a perfect one to our taste.It has its own pros and cons. At the same time, I will make sure to buy the one with less maintenance cost, though its a bit costly.
I wil definitely choose for a small home rather than a big one. The reason being less maintenance, lesser cleaning and finally its easy to reach at the nook and corner of the house. We can make a lot of friends when compared to a mansion. Most people hesitate to visit when we are in a mansion because most often they are surrounded by large compound wells.
Fortunately, being in a small house helps us to do the cleaning process by ourself. A need for a maid hardly arise. Keeping a home neat and tidy never seems to be a tedious job. When everything is at your reach, you enjoy each and every moment .
