LOH Contest #265 - Being Given A Second Chance
Hello friends, welcome to another exciting week to share our thoughts on the questions for this week #ladiesofhive #contest. Everyone would surely wish for a second chance to right a wrong they had committed out of impulsiveness or wrong decisions. For me, if given a second chance I would take action to invest in crypto currencies when I got the information.
During my service year in the western part of Nigeria before Covid striked. (It was the same year of Covid)
In the flat where I rented an apartment, there was another corper who joined us from another batch and he was always talking about ethereum and making little investments on crypto. I didn't pay attention to him, and I felt he was just being decieved to the point that he was so convinced about the platform and wants to bring us all in. I saw it as a scam and refused even listening not to talk of learning what he was showing me.
As at then, crypto wasn't really a thing. Only few people knew about it and those were the main crypto gurus and traders. Along the line, one of my friend decided to give it a shot but he lost some money when he made a mistake. I didn't give it a try at all even when my friend begged me to just have a few mined. Today that coin is worth millions and that friend of mine has financial freedom today because he took a bold step to make little investment that turned out great within the space of few years.
If I could get a second change, I would take crypto seriously and invest in them, maybe me too would have attained financial freedom and have the beautiful stress free life that I've always wished for.

Chia there are many platforms that makes people fear and also feel that is a scam seriously if that second chance is given to you it will be to go and learn that crypto

Ehyaa. My dear, is not actually your fault, because 85% of these platforms we see today aren't real and scam which makes us to have doubt when we the legit ones come

Something similar has happened to me. Years ago, I had the opportunity to invest in cryptocurrencies and I didn't, and now I regret it. But oh well, everything in its own time. Maybe now is the time for things to go well for you, so keep your chin up!

The thought of scam deprived you of getting financial freedom you are looking for, that's why life is full of risk and it seems as if those involving into risk are doing better

Oh yes, with crypto talk before, its hard to just believe it right? Even until today there are still people who doesn't know the existence of Crypto. I'm just glad i'm one of the few who knows about it. Sadly I don't have anything to invest in it. Hahaha
You can invest with as little as possible even if it's bitcoin with lots of zeros behind. That's what I do.
Omo, this crypto of a thing, we all missed the drill. How did it even happen? I was busy taking seriously some telegram stuff that was not giving me the needed result. Hehe, do you know @kachy2022, I do ask myself where I have been all these years chasing shadows. Humm, well, assuming, I know the little things I know now before, I wouldn't be an employeeooo, but today is still early. Wow, I can very well relate to this.
There was one I did some years back too, the person who introduced me has been there for few years before I even joined, it happened that she backed out, and I did same too. She said it's scam or something like that. Less than a year after, this coin came alive like 🤦.
If life did came with a second chance, even I would do things differently. I blamed myself for backing out then.
