Me incline a responder la pregunta Nº1, me gusta comenzar mis mañana con una taza de café en la mano, mirando al cielo con profundo agradecimiento hacía Dios por un día más de vida para mi y para mis seres queridos, muchas veces olvidamos que la vida es corta y perdemos el tiempo renegando por lo que según nosotros nos falta, en vez de agradecer por lo que tenemos y no valoramos, el solo hecho de abrir los ojos por la mañana ya es una bendición, el tener una familia que nos ama, salud, un techo, comida en nuestra mesas, son cosas que deberian generar agradecimiento, es verdad a veces la vida se pone dura, pero hay a quienes les va peor que a nosotros y aún así son agradecidos, agradece, ama y rie que la vida es corta, solia decirme una compañera de la universidad, trato de seguir su consejo y soy una persona agradecida, que ama mucho y sonrie por cualquier cosa; Después de tomar mi café y hacer mi ritual de agradecimiento, me preparo mi arepa, porque barriga llena corazón contento, el relleno de hoy fue mantequilla y queso, pero les cuento que me quedo deliciosa.

We often forget that life is short and waste time complaining about what we think we lack, instead of being thankful for what we have and don't appreciate. Just opening our eyes in the morning is a blessing. Having a family that loves us, good health, a roof over our heads, food on our tables—these are things that should make us grateful. It's true that life can be hard sometimes, but there are those who are worse off than us and yet are still grateful. Be grateful, love, and laugh, because life is short, a college friend used to tell me. I try to follow her advice and am a grateful person who loves deeply and smiles at everything. After drinking my coffee and performing my gratitude ritual, I make my arepa, because a full stomach makes for a happy heart.
