Contest #255/ The House of My Dreams is... (En/ Es)

In recent years, I have found myself in this scenario of the first proposal of Ladies of Hive Community Contest #255. I have always wanted to own a house, as I currently live in an apartment. Although I am grateful to have my own place to live, as I don't owe anyone anything, I still hope to buy my dream house in the future, because living in a house is more intimate and gives you more freedom. I know the difference because I have lived in both types of housing, and this contest gave me the opportunity to analyze what I want in more depth.

So, if I had the money to buy a house under the conditions outlined here, I would definitely prefer to buy one that suits my needs right now. Those characteristics are: not too big, just the right size for the family, on one floor or level, with enough space for everyone, but without exaggerating, and with nothing that needs fixing. That's for sure, because in our case we've had to fix a lot of things in our apartment and I don't want to hear about repairs anymore, and I imagine my husband feels the same way.

No more dealing with dust, mess, and dirt, which is what repairs or renovations bring. Besides, when we go to buy a property, the main thing we look at is whether we like it and whether it needs a lot of repairs or any pending fixes. That's much better, just ready to decorate to our style and taste. At this stage of our lives, something practical, comfortable, utilitarian, and that fits our lifestyle is enough, that's for sure. En los últimos años, me he situado en este escenario de la primera propuesta de Ladies of Hive Community Contest #255. Porque siempre he tenido el anhelo de tener una casa, ya que vivo en departamento actualmente y aunque agradezco tener mi vivienda propia, pues no la debo a nadie, tengo pendiente en un futuro comprar esa casa de mis sueños, porque vivir en casa es como más íntimo, se tiene más libertad, se la diferencia porque he vivido en ambos tipos de viviendas y este concurso me dio la oportunidad de analizar más en profundidad lo que quiero.

Así es que de tener el dinero para adquirir una casa, bajo las condiciones que me señalan acá, definitivamente preferiría comprar una, que se ajuste a mis necesidades ahora mismo y esas características son no tan grande, justa para la medida de la familia, de una sola planta o nivel, con el espacio suficiente para todos, pero sin exagerar y que no tuviera nada que arreglar, eso es definitivo, ya que en nuestro caso nos ha tocado arreglar muchas cosas en nuestro departamento y ya no quiero saber nada de arreglos, lo mismo imagino pienso querría mi esposo.

Nada con estar lidiando con polvo, desorden y suciedad, que es lo que traen las reparaciones o remodelaciones. Aparte de que, cuando vamos a comprar un inmueble, lo principal que vemos es si nos gusta y si no tiene mucho que reparar ni ningún arreglo pendiente, eso es mucho mejor, solo listo para decorar a nuestro estilo y gusto. Ya en esta etapa de nuestras vidas, con algo práctico, cómodo, utilitario y que se adapte a nuestro estilo de vida, es suficiente, eso es definitivo. ¡Mis saludos, queridos amigos!
