Inevitable Conflicts? \\ QC Community Weekly Contest #155[ENG-ESP]

A cordial greeting to all my #queercoin friends. A new stage begins, and with it new challenges. This time, the starting point is conflict. I aim to be as accurate as possible, and I hope you identify with my work.

Conflict, as we all know, is a confrontation between two or more individuals with different opinions and interests, trying to eliminate the other person or deprive them of power and reason in their approach.

I believe that conflicts are unfortunately a part of human relationships. These can be seen between friends, coworkers, family, and even partners. All of this is due to the different personalities, values, lifestyles, and ways of thinking of each person.

Of course, in everyday life, there are situations that inevitably lead us to conflict. Personally, I try my best to listen to the other person and to listen to myself; I was taught at home from a young age that this is part of the rules of formal education. All that remains is to confront the problem and discuss the matter civilly.

You know, there's a practice that has helped me a lot in my interpersonal relationships: yoga. It fosters my mental resilience and helps me cultivate inner peace, which, in my opinion, is the most important of all. If you're not at peace with yourself, you can't lead a healthy and peaceful life in society.

I also use strategies when I find myself immersed in a controversy. First, I listen very carefully to the other person and don't judge. We don't all see or experience circumstances the same way, so I believe respect is the key to avoiding a conflict that could develop into a long-term one. We must reach a consensus with the individual, accept responsibility, and above all, be supportive and resilient.

Always remember, my friend, that no one in this life holds the absolute truth in their hands. Learn to listen and you will be heard; learn to respect and you will be respected.

Un cordial saludo para todos mi amigos de #queercoin. Comienza una nueva etapa y con ella nuevos retos. En esta ocasión el pie forzado es El conflicto, pretendo ser lo más certera posible y espero se sientan identificados con mi trabajo.

El conflicto como todos sabemos es una confrontación entre dos o más individuos, con opiniones e intereses distintos, tratando así de eliminar a la otra persona o quitarle poder y razón en su planteamiento.

Considero que los conflictos lastimosamente forman parte de las relaciones humanas. Estos se pueden apreciar entre amigos, compañeros de trabajo, familia e incluso la pareja. Todo esto se debe a las diferentes personalidades, valores, estilos de vida y formas de pensar de cada ser.

Por supuesto que en el día a día, hay situaciones que nos conducen inevitablemente al conflicto. En lo personal trato con todas mis fuerzas de escuchar a la otra persona y escucharme a mi misma; me enseñaron desde pequeña en casa que eso forma parte de las reglas de educación formal, solo queda afrontar el problema y conversar civilizadamente del asunto.

Saben hay una práctica que me ha ayudado mucho en mis relaciones interpersonales; el yoga, este fomenta mi resiliencia mental y me ayuda a cultivar la paz interior, que a mi parecer es la más importante de todas, si no estás en paz contigo mismo no puedes llevar una vida sana y tranquila en sociedad.

También hago uso de estrategias cuando me veo inmersa en alguna que otra polémica, primeramente escucho con mucha atención a la otra persona, no juzgo; todos ni vemos, ni vivimos las circunstancias de la misma forma ,por lo que me parece que el respeto es la clave para no desarrollar un conflicto que puede conducirse a largo plazo. Debemos llegar a un consenso con el individuo, aceptar responsabilidades y más que nada ser solidarios y resilientes.

Recuerda siempre amigo nadie en esta vida tiene la verdad absoluta en las manos, aprende a escuchar y serás escuchado, a respetar y serás respetado.
