Hoy con otra receta deliciosa y nutritiva. Se trata de una pasta con salsa de atún y champiñones, es fácil de preparar y su sabor es fantástico y les aseguro que le encantará a toda la familia. Espero que les guste esta receta y se animen a prepararla.

300 grs de pasta, 01 lata de atún, 1/2 taza de champiñones fileteados, 01 zanahoria, 01 cebolla, 01 pimiento rojo, 01 taza de pasta de tomate, 01 cucharada de salsa de soja, 01 cucharada de orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.
Para la pasta, poner agua en una olla y cuando hierva añadir un poco de sal, añadir la pasta y dejar cocer hasta que esté al dente. Colar

Continúa lavando las verduras, pela la zanahoria y rállala, la cebolla y el pimiento, cortados en dados.
