Indian Way To Prepare Pasta
Hi there š
Hope you all are doing well!
Today's blog I will share easy and a quick way to prepare pasta. It's not something that I have learnt from my grandmother or mother I was scrolling Instagram and I suddenly saw this reel of a food blogger who was showing how to prepare a pasta so I thought I should give it a try and it's first time I am preparing it. I know people from all over the world are reading this and a different places there are different ways to prepare pasta but here I am showing you and Indian way to prepare pasta or how Indians prepare pasta.
Below is the list of ingredients required to prepare it.
Pasta
Pizza and pasta sauce
Tomato Sauce
Maggie Masala
Two Onions
Two Tomatoes
Oil
Green chilli
Red chilli powder
Mayo
It's really doesn't take my time to prepare but the very fast thing that you have to do is to dip the pasta in hot water for almost 10 minutes. Also you need to add salt to it so that when it get boils the salt get absorbed in pasta.
Add enough water over the pasta and let it boil properly for 10 minutes. Till then chop some onions and tomatoes and green chillies.
Now put some in the pan and let it heat for a minute. Do add some top onions into it and this time we want let the onions turn brown cause it will kill the taste. Just need to constantly stirr it that it does not get over cooked.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies to it and mixed properly. Chillies according to your taste I have taken 3 release cause I like my pasta to be bits spicy.
Now add pasta sauce as well as the tomato sauce in it. Mix it well and let it cook for at least 5 minutes. Add salt according to your taste.
Add the boiled pasta to it and mix it well. The sausage that you have prepared should be enough to covee your pasta. Keep mixing it and turn the flame badlo so that it does not burn.
What's time to add the magic masala in it and its the Maggi magic masala which enhances the taste even more and give life and depth to this pasta. In skip this app if you don't have this magic masala but believe me you should try it once with this masala as it taste heavenly.
Lastly, I added some Mayo to it to make it more thicker and to enhance it's flavour. This is finally how it turned out. In india pasta is more like a comfort food unlike Italy where it's a part of tradition. And in India we have made different varieties of pasta such as masala pasta, street style pasta, desi tadka pasta, white sauce pasta, pink sauce and many more.
Can you guess which pasta I have prepared? Well it's red sauce pasta which is easy to prepare also didn't add any vegetables to it but you can if you like them. After preparing the sause just add them and let it cook for 5-8 minutes.
Hope you enjoyed reading this and thank you for your time.
See you soon.
