I declare myself a lover of pancakes, savory or sweet; I love them.
This time, I made them with oatmeal and banana; it's an excellent way to cut down on flour.

Me declaro amante de las panquecas, saladas o dulces; me encantan.
En esta ocasión las preparé de avena y banano (cambur), es una excelente opción para ir disminuyendo las harinas.
✓ Ingredients:
✓ 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
✓ 2 cups of milk
✓ 1 medium banana
✓ 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
✓ 1 tablespoon of sweetener of your choice
✓ Preparation:
Pour the oatmeal, banana, and milk into the blender. Blend until the ingredients are combined and form a smooth mixture.
Adjust the mixture for both texture and sweetness. Once it has a creamy consistency, set aside.

When the batter shows a few spots, remove from the heat when both sides are golden brown or slightly brown.
Repeat the process of oiling the pan each time you make the pancake.
I added two tablespoons of wheat flour to my batter because it was too runny, and flour gives it a better texture.
This preparation yielded a total of 7 pancakes.
I had 6 for breakfast, 😏and the taste of them was delicious.
I enjoyed them with butter, cheese, and a cup of coffee.

Colocamos un sartén al fuego previamente untado en aceite.
Vaciamos un poco de la mezcla al sartén ya caliente.
Cuando la mezcla muestre muchos puntitos, se retira del fuego cuando ambas caras estén doradas o un poco marrones.

A mi mezcla le agregué dos cucharadas de harina de trigo porque me había quedado muy líquida, y la harina le da una mejor textura.
Esta preparación rindió para un total de 7 panquecas
