Today I come again to share with you a delicious and healthy breakfast that I prepared on a visit I made to a niece. This breakfast will take boiled egg, some delicious toast and chocolate crown bar, a brand well known for its rich flavor.

Breakfast has always been and will always be the main food for our body, that's why today I will taste and prepare a delicious hot chocolate, with a very versatile protein such as boiled egg which is rich in calcium, I will also accompany it with toast and some slices of mozzarella cheese and so give me an early feast.

Hoy vuelvo para compartir con vosotros un desayuno delicioso y saludable que preparé durante una visita a una sobrina. El desayuno llevará huevo cocido, unas deliciosas tostadas y una barra de chocolate Crown, una marca muy conocida por su rico sabor.

El desayuno siempre ha sido y siempre será la comida más importante del día, por eso hoy voy a preparar un delicioso chocolate caliente con huevo cocido, una proteína muy versátil y rica en calcio, y lo acompañaré con tostadas y queso mozzarella para darme un festín matutino.

Ingredients//Ingredientes

2 chocolate bars
3 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
2 toasts
2 slices of mozzarella cheese

2 barras de chocolate.
3 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
2 cucharadas de azúcar.
2 huevos.
2 tostadas.
2 lonchas de queso mozzarella.

1 Step/Paso

The first thing I will do is to boil the eggs in a pot with water over medium high heat waiting for them to cook well. I will also put a pot with a cup of water and pour the chocolate bars until it melts.

Lo primero que haré será hervir los huevos en una olla con agua a fuego medio-alto hasta que se cocinen bien. También pondré una olla con una taza de agua y verteré las barras de chocolate hasta que se derritan.

2 Step/Paso

While the eggs are cooking I will start preparing our delicious chocolate. Now we empty it into the blender and I will pour the tablespoons of powdered milk and the two tablespoons of sugar, beat well and we will get a rich hot chocolate 😋

Mientras se cocinan los huevos, empezaré a preparar nuestro delicioso chocolate. Lo vaciaré en la batidora, añadiré las cucharadas de leche en polvo y las dos cucharadas de azúcar, lo batiré bien y obtendré un rico chocolate caliente.

3 Step/Paso

Once everything is ready I will start to prepare my breakfast in a shallow dish and I will place each of the garnishes such as the boiled eggs.

Cuando todo esté listo, prepararé mi desayuno en un plato llano y colocaré cada uno de los aderezos, como los huevos cocidos.
