The story begins with Okji Mum as a kid she often visits her grandmother at the hospital who tells her the story of the grim reaper. Okji was obsessed with the story and her grandmother told her it was a real story. Okji was leaving at that time we see someone coming into the room who reveals herself as the grim reaper of the grandmother who stayed by her side in the human form till her death.

In this world grim reaper does not only take people's lives they also stay with them as their guardian to protect them. Okji is now grown up she's very careless but her friend Haseong Ji is always there to protect her. Everyone around them thinks Haseong must have really liked Okji and she also finds it flattering but Haseong seems to be not interested at all.

The truth is Haseong is her grim reaper and he is assigned to protect her from any harm until she dies. His job is to make her lead a full time life and he always has the superpower to locate any kind of problem. It is seen that Okji always has been in trouble and since childhood Haseong has been protecting her in human form.

But suddenly one day Okji was about to face a huge accident but got saved by luck and Haseong was really anxious as his super power to sense accidents and it was not working. As time passed Haseong was unable to locate any incidents for that reason he decided to stalk her 24 hours. Okji in her delulu mind started having thoughts that Haseong likes her but he is not her type. On the other side Haseong complained about the situation to the higher-ups and they decided to replace Haseong with another grim reaper as they think it's the issue of Haseong.

In a while another grim reaper came between Okji and Haseong but then she found out she has only 30 days to live. There's a mysterious threat around Okji, will she be able to survive?

Well, the story is good I have never heard grim reapers being protectors I thought there's a thing called guardian angel but I guess this one being is doing all of the duties. As it's fictional I think the idea is not bad also I think there will be a love angle in this manhwa. It pretty new and many things are still mysterious. Like something happened and Haseong could not find out the real problem yet.

I am looking forwards to the story, I think they have recently released this manhwa because I could not find this on any other platform. The artstyle is definitely not my type, I really like more colorful and details but this manhwa seems like a funny comic book. There's a tag for comedy and sure they do have funny scenarios but it's not as funny as the expressions of each character. Maybe after my review of the creator somehow reads it will definitely look over it.

I like the story so far but I don't like the art so I'm not sure if I will be able to continue it. But the male characters are definitely attractive specially Haseong, I think his face got more attention than the female lead Okji. I would want the female lead to look more presentable. It feels like Haseong is the only main lead and Okji is a side character because of the art. Anyway, I like the bond between them it feels like true friendship.

If there's a possibility of relationship between them then I wonder if Haseong will ever age and if they will ever be able to get married because Haseong is not a human being. I'm still not sure who is the male lead or if the manhwa has any romance in it because I have not seen any spark between them. I also like the blonde hair guy, I feel he's very calculative and hopefully will bring no harm to Okji. If it's not Haseong then I would expect the blonde to be the male lead.

Haseong is not protective because he choose to but because he was assigned to. So, I wonder if he will ever catch feelings for Okji, maybe he will out of jealousy against the blonde guy. I think he's the one who will replace Haseong if the higher-ups gave permission. In the prologue they showed someone getting punished by God because of his mistake and the person is not revealed yet. I think it might be Haseong or the blonde guy, not sure yet.

"The Grim Reaper is My Guardian" this manhwa is new so the chapters are free to read till chapter 3 and there are currently 10 chapters. I'm truly excited to find out the truth behind all these mysteries. If you want to have a good laugh then you can read this manhwa because it has lots of comedy and funny art style.
