Hello friends of Ladies of Hive, it's truly a pleasure to be back in the community to share with you. This week's contest really caught my attention, and I don't want to miss out on this opportunity.
Hola amigas de Ladies of Hive, realmente es un placer que vuelvo a la comunidad a compartir con ustedes, esta vez, me llamo mucho la atención el concurso de esta semana, y no quiero quedarme sin participar en esta oportunidad.
1️⃣ Are you one of those who prefers a house with or without a garden? Do you like plants? What do you do to take care of them?
I really prefer houses with gardens. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying the pleasure of having a beautiful garden adorning their yard and adding beauty and color to their home. I'm certainly the type of person who loves and enjoys plants, but I'm unfortunate enough not to have the space in my home to have one. In fact, it's one of the reasons I'm planning to look for a new home. I'm sure I'll be able to have my own beautiful garden.
Realmente, prefiero las casas con jardín. No me imagino que alguien no disfrute del placer de tener un hermoso jardín adornando tu patio y dándole belleza y color a tu hogar. Yo sin duda soy del tipo de persona que adora y disfruta de las plantas, pero tengo la desdicha de no tener el espacio en mi hogar para contar con una, de hecho, es uno del motivo por los que planeo buscar un nuevo hogar, estoy segura de que lograré tener mi propio y precioso jardín.
But that doesn't mean I'm not knowledgeable on the subject. Actually, my mother's house, where I grew up, has a large, beautiful patio where you can plant any plant you want. In fact, my mother has always taken advantage of it. She currently maintains a beautiful patio with a garden that I love very much.

In fact, my mom taught me a few things about caring for our plants, but without a doubt, what I remember most right now is using potassium soap. It's a product my mother always told me to consider for plant care, and it's actually very effective at controlling insects that tend to eat our plants.
De hecho, mi mamá me enseñó algunas cositas para poder cuidar nuestras plantas, pero sin duda alguna, lo que más recuerdo en este momento, es el uso del Jabón Potásico. Un producto que mi madre siempre me dijo que considerara para el cuidado de las plantas, y de hecho sí es muy efectivo para el control de insectos que suelen comerse nuestras plantas.
2️⃣ Tell me about a female character in a movie, or a book, that you identify with, or that inspired you. What message did it leave you with?
I'm one of those people who believes we're all unique, even television characters and especially those in books, because of the way their characteristics are so well described. But I've identified with many characters in certain thoughts or beliefs. Truly, we're all a little bit of everything, and any identical situation may just be a coincidence.
Yo soy de las personas que cree que todos somos único, hasta los personajes de televisión y más los de los libros, por la manera en la que son bien descritos sobre sus características. Pero me he identificado con muchos personajes en ciertos pensamientos, o bien a sus creencias. Realmente todos somos un poco de todo y cualquier situación que sea idéntica, quizás solo es coincidencia.
But thinking about this question, the novel Doña Bella graciously came to mind, a novel that I love, and what I identify with is its sincerity, its elegance, which I focus on to understand that we all have an elegant side and that we just have to learn to use it to have a good presence.
Pero pensando en esta pregunta, graciosamente me llegó a la mente la novela Doña Bella, una novela que me encanta, y en lo que me identifico con esta es en su sinceridad, su elegancia, la cual me fijo para entender que todos tenemos un lado elegante y que solo debemos aprender a usar para tener una buena presencia.
However, I must rule out the possibility that this woman is vengeful, and we all know that revenge is never a good thing. But between the losses and the lessons learned from this woman, I identify with her. I, too, have felt a little alone and estranged from everything, perhaps on a whim. Still, I keep going, just like her. Perhaps that's why I identified with this character at first.
Sin embargo, debo descartar que esta mujer se vuelve vengativa y todos sabemos que la venganza nunca es buena. Pero entre las perdidas y el aprendizaje de esta mujer está en lo que me identifico, yo también me he sentido un poco sola y alejada de todo por capricho, quizás. Aun así sigo adelante, al igual que ella. Quizás por esto me identifiqué con este personaje en primer pensamiento.
