I've recently been going through a difficult time with my health, and one of the likely causes is stress from overwork. However, the recent fainting spell I suffered must have other causes.

Given this medical situation, I was given a few days off and taken to a rural area to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, breathe fresh air, and be in direct contact with nature.

The chosen location was Lion King Hill, and it was a great choice. Not only me, but we all enjoyed the place, the fresh air, and the adventures we had with our pet, Lary.

We did several activities that were good for my health, from walks and light jogging to breathing exercises.

I hope to return to Guanajuato City in better health, and we will surely return to this mountain because it has spectacular views and the moments experienced here are unique and unforgettable.

Últimamente estoy atravesando una situación delicada de salud, y una de las causas probables es el estrés por exceso de trabajo. Aunque el reciente desmayo que sufrí debe tener otros orígenes.

Ante este cuadro médico, me dieron unos días de vacaciones y me llevaron a una zona rural para salir del bullicio citadino, respirar aire puro y estar en contacto directo con la naturaleza.

Varias actividades favorables a mi salud realizamos, desde caminatas, pequeños trotes y ejercicios de respiración.

Espero regresar a la ciudad de Guanajuato con mayor salud, y seguramente volveremos a esta montaña porque tiene vistas espectaculares y los momentos que se viven aquí son únicos e irrepetibles.
