Wire Mesh Tray | My Entry For The Shadow Hunters "SMASh" Contest - Round 400!
It's been at least 3 years since I last posted something in this wonderful community. Not that it was my wish, but a lot of things were happening in my life, and I had no choice but to be away. But here I am again, on the 400th round! And 400 sounds like a perfect time to be back with a great shadow photo!😊

This item is a wire mesh tray owned by my mom. Growing up in a time when a lot of new technologies were quite expensive for the average family in my country, this worked well as an alternative. She used it to dry proteins like fresh fish and meat, and frankly, it wasn't difficult to use. All she had to do was clean the protein, sauce them, arrange them on the wire mesh tray, place it over the fireplace, and let it dry until it was ready for consumption.
Wondering how I found it? My Entry:

Yesterday, I went to the other side of our backyard where most of our old items were kept, and I found it behind a couple of mechanical stuff. So, I put it under the sun to get a shadow. I absolutely love the outcome! It looks as though the shadow was trying to make an exact replica of the item, but at the same time, it gave an imperfect heart shape. Love, love, love it!

Special thanks to @annephilbrick @seckorama and @melinda010100 for keeping this contest running for 7 whole years and congratulations to all members of the community. Y'all rock!❤️
