You are absolutely right. Once you start prioritizing your own needs, budgeting becomes seamless. An important tip is to set aside an amount you will be willing to give as a gift or support to a friend or family member every month or quarter. This way, once that amount is exceeded, you know you've closed that chapter.

Eggxactly... Else you would be putting yourself at risk and when you look back you would discover you are stranded with nobody to help. But then agai there are still those worth going the extra mile for that is why we need to choose our battles
