PhotoFeed Contest - Landscape Photography Round 134 ~ Wooden Bridge by the Beach

The photo I'm sharing shows a simple wooden bridge stretching out to sea. Built from logs and planks, the bridge looks worn yet remains sturdy against the small waves that wash over the shore.

Bridges like this are typically used by fishermen as access to boats moored at sea. Beyond their function, wooden bridges along the coast also offer a unique and calming view. The straight lines of the wooden planks extending into the horizon give the impression of transporting those who cross them to the open sea and freedom.

Although simple, this wooden bridge has its own charm. It silently witnesses the activities of coastal communities, where children play, fishermen moor their boats, and tourists enjoy the sunset. Beneath its simplicity, this bridge holds a warm and meaningful story of coastal life.
