Welcome to my entry for today's SMASh contest from "The Shadow Hunters Community"!

The vanishing point

Two points can be connected by a corridor. To get from one point to another safely and efficiently, you follow this path. How many of us use corridors without realizing their important function? To ensure that goods and people can move from one point to another safely and quickly.

Every day we hear in the news that a certain humanitarian corridor is not working, that something that is desperately needed on one side and leaves the other side never reaches the other point.

This takes my thoughts to another world. How is it still possible that there are people, especially children, dying of hunger when, literally, at the other end of the corridor, the food they so desperately need is available? Will the limits of our inhumanity and coldness towards such cruelty continue to be exceeded?

I never thought that in the 21st century I would witness so many disputes, so many wars, and so many fatalities that enter our homes every day through the daily news...

But I will stop talking about the less positive side... I will focus on the positive side.

Corridors take us from one point to another... When these corridors allow us to look outside, our minds fly...

Let our minds fly, to the sound of rhythmic shadows!
