HOW I PREPARED JOLLOF RICE
Hi everyone My name is Wisdom G Yohanna known as @wistring an I officially welcome you to my blogs, Today I want to show you some of the step I use to prepared jollof rice.
Firstly I put the rice on the metallic material, and I select the stone on the rice because some of this our local rice have some dirty on them.
Then I put water on fire and I allow it to burn for some minutes, then I pour the rice to per boil it for some time.
then I bring the put of rice down to wash the per boil rice,the reason why i wash the per boil is to remove dirty and unwanted particles,
So with me here are the ingredients I use for the jollof rice,the spring onions,Turkey oil,crayfish, Maggi,curry powder,sachet tomatoes.
this ingredients are very recommendable for Nigeria jollof rice,after then I put an empty pot on fire,then I pour the turkey oil allow it to boil for some minutes like two minutes.
after then I put the onion allow it to fry for some time .
After then i pond,pepper, crayfish then I mix it with sachet tomatoes.pour the ingredients inside the pot and add one tin spoon of salt,
And allow it to boil for some time,then pour the rice and stir it all together,
After then i allow the rice to boil for like 30 minutes,the you pour the spring onions,and allow finally food is ready.
