The Lemongrass Sauce by Someone On Social Media

Some time ago I accidentally saw a recipe for a chili sauce that made my mouth water. To be honest, I can't stand spicy food, but if I want to eat spicy food I will eat it. Terasi chili sauce is my favorite. Sambal matah has also been making me over heels lately. Then this chili sauce interested me.

The Lemongrass Sauce

This is Lemongrass sauce. I saw a video on how to make it and the next day I immediately bought the ingredients at the traditional market. That's because the steps shown were so easy that I felt I had to cook it. I need variation. So here is the recipe for Lemongrass Sauce by me—inspired by someone on social media.

Ingredients:
• Red chili—you can mix it with green chili, cayenne pepper, or other chilies.
• Garlic
• Shallots
• Ginger
• Lemongrass
• Olive oil—you can also use regular cooking oil.
• Seasonings.

How to Cook:

There are not many steps in making this Lemongrass sauce. you just need to cut all the ingredients into rounds. After everything is cut into small pieces, heat the olive oil, then saute all the ingredients one by one and then mix with the seasonings. I forgot the lime in this case. but after all the ingredients are wilted, you can enjoy this lemongrass sauce. easy, right?

This lemongrass makes me eat 3 times a day in unusual portions. Very delicious. You can re-cook it.
