Learning to rise: loh263

Failure is part of life, for one to succeed you have to fail. Failure can't be avoided no matter how hard one tries to avoid it. Without failure we may never understand what it means to be successful.

When you fail, you get hurt, you even feel frustrated and probably want to give up. But that pain teaches us deep lessons, it shows us where we made mistakes and avoid such mistake next time.

I have failed many times in my life but that doesn't mean I should give up. I have failed in my personal goals and I looking to become better, I have failed in my plans in one way or the other and I have seen my mistakes and looking to fix it next time to be better.

Success feels really good. Everyone what's to win and be celebrated and praised, but success without failure will feel empty. If you win at your first trial, what story would you have to tell others or the younger generation? What would you tell them to avoid doing?
Failure also teaches us to be humble. It reminds us that we are humans and not above mistakes, it reminds us that we are not perfect.

No one wants to fail forever, everyone wants to succeed. But failure is a stepping stone to success. One without the other is incomplete. Even people that are successful today, have their own stories on failure to tell. And what made the great and successful today is not that they never failed, but they didn't stop or give up when they failed.

I personally see failure and success as partners, one can't be complete without the other. Failure helps us to grow whole success shows us that the growth was worth it.

What matters the most in the end is not how many times we fail or succeed, but that we keep trying and moving forward.

I totally agree with all your points. The important thing is that we learn from our failures and keep trying and as long as we keep on raising each time we fall, eventually we will succeed.

The main thing is learning how to do better from our mistakes. Failing should motivate us to put in more effort and achieve our goal.

It's actually part of life, very true when we fail many things occur, everybody likes success and nobody likes failure but we can't do without both. Nice write-up

It's so true, no matter how many times we fail, the important thing is to learn from those failures and correct them, because when success finally arrives, it will taste sweeter knowing it was worth it not to have given up. It was a pleasure reading your post. Blessings and good luck in the contest 🙏🏼

Failure is not synonymous with giving up. I agree with you that failure should help us improve for next time, since recognizing where we're going wrong helps us correct our course and do things differently next time.

I also agree that failure makes us more humble, by acknowledging that we're not immune to making mistakes. We're human beings and we can err, since only God is perfect, and the most important thing is not to give up. It was a pleasure reading your post. I wish you luck in the contest. God bless you 🙏🏼

Undoubtedly, failure helps us grow, and success shows us that that growth was worthwhile. As you say, this is reflected in our ability to value what we have achieved. Have a nice day!

I agree @vickiee, success and failure are like partners in life, you can never really have one without the other. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this question.
