Hay aprendizajes que no llegan como una gran revelación. Llegan poco a poco… y cuando te das cuenta, ya no eres la misma persona.

Algo que me marcó de verdad

No fue un libro famoso ni una película en particular.

Fue una idea que apareció en un momento en que la necesitaba: entender que no tengo que tener todo resuelto para poder seguir.

Durante mucho tiempo pensé que debía esperar a sentirme lista. A tener claridad. A saber exactamente qué hacer.

Pero la vida no funciona así.

Aprendí —a veces con frustración, otras con cansancio— que uno también avanza con dudas, con miedo, con incertidumbre.

Y que eso no significa que lo esté haciendo mal.

Significa que está pasando.

Esa idea me cambió.

Porque dejé de exigirme tanto.
De esperar el momento perfecto.
De paralizarme por no tener todas las respuestas.

No es algo que siempre logre sostener.

Pero cuando lo recuerdo, todo se vuelve un poco más ligero.

Por eso lo compartiría.

No como una enseñanza perfecta… sino como algo que acompaña.

Lo que hoy me sostiene

Si me preguntas ahora mismo cuál es mi razón para seguir, no tengo una sola respuesta grande.

Tengo muchas pequeñas.

Seguir adelante, para mí, no es un gran propósito definido.

Es levantarme, incluso cuando no tengo toda la energía.
Es intentar hacerlo un poco mejor que ayer.
Es no rendirme en esos días en que todo pesa más.

También es encontrar momentos simples que me devuelven a mí.

Una conversación.
Un instante de calma.
Un pequeño logro que nadie más ve.

No siempre es claro.
No siempre es bonito.

Pero es real.

Y en este momento de mi vida, eso es lo que me mueve.

No una meta lejana.

Sino la decisión diaria de seguir.

De no soltarme.

A veces creemos que necesitamos algo grande para sostenernos.

Pero no siempre es así.

A veces basta con seguir, incluso sin tener todo claro.

Y en ese intento… también hay fuerza.

Some lessons don’t come as big revelations. They arrive slowly… and before you realize it, you are no longer the same person.

Something that truly impacted me

It wasn’t a famous book or a specific movie.

It was an idea that appeared when I needed it the most: understanding that I don’t need to have everything figured out in order to keep going.

For a long time, I thought I had to wait until I felt ready. Until I had clarity. Until I knew exactly what to do.

But life doesn’t work that way.

I learned —sometimes through frustration, other times through exhaustion— that we can move forward with doubts, with fear, with uncertainty.

And that doesn’t mean we are doing it wrong.

It means we are living.

That idea changed me.

Because I stopped demanding so much from myself.
Stopped waiting for the perfect moment.
Stopped freezing for not having all the answers.

It’s not something I always manage to hold on to.

But when I remember it, everything feels a little lighter.

That’s why I would share it.

Not as a perfect lesson… but as something that stays with you.

What keeps me going right now

If you ask me what my main reason to keep going is, I don’t have one big answer.

I have many small ones.

Moving forward, for me, is not a defined purpose.

It’s getting up, even when I don’t have all the energy.
It’s trying to do a little better than yesterday.
It’s not giving up on the days that feel heavier.

It’s also about finding simple moments that bring me back to myself.

A conversation.
A quiet moment.
A small achievement no one else sees.

It’s not always clear.
It’s not always beautiful.

But it is real.

And right now, that is what moves me.

Not a distant goal.

But the daily decision to keep going.

To not let go of myself.

Sometimes we think we need something big to sustain us.

But that’s not always true.

Sometimes, just continuing —even without having everything figured out— is already strength.
