Hola hermosa comunidad @ladiesofhive,
me alegra volver a encontrarme con ustedes en este espacio donde una puede pensar en voz alta y compartir lo que va aprendiendo en el camino.

La primera pregunta de esta semana me tocó bastante, porque vivimos en un mundo que cambia tan rápido que a veces una siente que siempre va un paso detrás. Mi consejo para adquirir conocimientos y habilidades en este contexto sería este: no dejar nunca de ser aprendiz. No importa la edad que tengas. La curiosidad es una forma de inteligencia que no caduca.

Yo tengo 25 años y siento que todo el tiempo estoy en transición. Aprendo de personas mayores que han vivido más, que saben esperar, que entienden los procesos. Y también aprendo de personas más jóvenes que yo, que no tienen miedo de probar, equivocarse y volver a empezar. Creo que el verdadero crecimiento ocurre cuando una se permite escuchar a ambos lados del tiempo.

Para mí, adquirir habilidades hoy no es solo estudiar algo formal. Es observar, preguntar, experimentar, leer, mirar cómo otros resuelven la vida. Es aceptar que no siempre vamos a entender todo de inmediato, y que eso está bien. El mundo no necesita personas que lo sepan todo, sino personas que estén dispuestas a aprender todo el tiempo.

En cuanto a la segunda pregunta, sobre el hogar y la tecnología, creo que el ambiente ideal no es el más moderno, sino el más humano. Un hogar seguro no se construye solo con reglas, sino con presencia. Con espacios donde los niños puedan moverse, tocar, descubrir, sin sentir que todo es peligro.

Para mí, un buen hogar es uno donde la tecnología esté, pero no mande. Donde haya rincones para jugar, para leer, para crear. Donde los niños puedan explorar sin miedo, pero también con límites claros que los cuiden sin asfixiarlos.

Me gusta imaginar casas con mesas donde se hable, suelos donde se juegue, ventanas por donde entre la luz y también las preguntas.
Creo que tanto en el aprendizaje como en el hogar, lo más importante es esto: crear espacios donde sea posible cambiar sin perderse. Donde crecer no signifique correr, sino entenderse un poco más cada día.

Learning Without Fear, Living With Intention.

I’m happy to meet with you again in this space where one can think out loud and share what one is learning along the way.

The first question this week really touched me, because we live in a world that changes so fast that sometimes one feels like they’re always one step behind. My advice for gaining knowledge and skills in this context would be this: never stop being a learner. It doesn’t matter how old you are. Curiosity is a form of intelligence that never expires.

I’m 25 years old and I feel like I’m in constant transition. I learn from older people who have lived more, who know how to wait, who understand processes. And I also learn from people younger than me, who aren’t afraid to try, make mistakes, and start again. I believe real growth happens when one allows oneself to listen to both sides of time.

For me, gaining skills today isn’t just about studying something formal. It’s about observing, asking, experimenting, reading, watching how others solve life. It’s about accepting that we won’t always understand everything right away, and that’s okay. The world doesn’t need people who know everything, but people who are willing to keep learning all the time.

As for the second question, about home and technology, I think the ideal environment isn’t the most modern one, but the most human one. A safe home isn’t built only with rules, but with presence. With spaces where children can move, touch, and discover without feeling that everything is dangerous.

For me, a good home is one where technology is present, but doesn’t take control. Where there are corners to play, to read, to create. Where children can explore without fear, but also with clear limits that protect them without suffocating them.

I like to imagine houses with tables where people talk, floors where people play, windows where light comes in and so do questions.
I believe that both in learning and at home, the most important thing is this: to create spaces where it’s possible to change without getting lost. Where growing doesn’t mean running, but understanding yourself a little more every day.
