RESPECT AND HONESTY MY NON-NEGOTIABLE VALUES.

Practicing respect and honest are important values that are non-negotiable to me, in relationships, businesses, friendships , partnership and everything I do.
These two values work together. Respect and honesty play very important role whereever you find yourself.
I don't think there's an awareness on how being respectful and honest to the people around us foster our relationship and keeps the relationship positive and trustworthy.

Being honest to people is also a way of showing respect to them , they work hand in gloves.
If I respect you I would be honest to you and also to be honest to you also shows I respect you.
These should be practiced daily, because these are core values, that really determines alot about our lives.

Being respectful and loyal isn't just values that we should just talk about, but it should also be practiced in our day to day life.
We see, chat and converse with different people on a daily basis, and the least we can do is show some respect, while we converse with people too we should be conscious of what we say to avoid lies, there is no reward in lying.
Honesty and respect are two important values in building a transparent, healthy and positive life among our peers.

Lying to someone is a huge form of disrespect, the moment you lie to someone a trust is broken, also respect is also broken, because it changes how that individual sees you .
Personally, lying to me changes alot about what we share as friends because I will no longer see you for who you are , but now have a different narrative about you.

If you truly respect someone, then you won't lie to them, you would be transparent and try as much as you can to be loyal and honest.
Honesty and respect are values that shouldn't be bent on, these values should be non negotiable , because they carry your worth and pride as a person.

Being honest and respectful are two values I have inculcateed and they have really helped in my growth and progress as a person, in my relationships, work place and every where I find myself.
The level you respect yourself and stay honest also determines the respects and values you get from people.

Practicing respect and honesty defines us as humans, it defines how we are being viewed and seen by other human beings too, it creates a safe place for us to grow and learn peacefully, it creates a space for positive growth in our work places, life, family and relationship.
The power of honesty can't be overly emphasized.
It foster team work and growth where ever we find ourselves.
Practicing honesty and respect would really impact your life positively, it's a value that shouldn't be bent on or negotiated.

Lastly, honesty and respect will really give you a good and respectful reputation, wherever you find yourself, you will be rest assured that nobody has anything odd to say about you, it gives you self assurance and satisfaction.
You walk with so much dignity and rest of mind when you are honest and also truthful in your work place, home, environment and wherever you find yourself.

In conclusion, we should all embrace honesty and respect for better relationships with one another, wherever we find ourselves. They are important values that should be non negotiable.
My response to this week prompt, the values that are non negotiable to me are respect and honesty. They are values that shouldn't be bent on.
