What Doesn't Kill you: Todas las unidades tienen Enrage.
Ronda 1:
Leolin derrota a Mystic Mudbinder.
Ronda 2:
Ronda 4:
Sylvaran derrota a Arcane Skinwalker.

English
In Splinterlands, it's important to modify speed, either by increasing the speed of your units (Speed) or decreasing the speed of enemy units (Slow). In this case, we'll refer to Slow.
There are many cards with Slow in Splinterlands, but I'll focus on Ranked Modern (Rebellion and Conclave Arcana), where there are 9 units and 1 Archon that have Slow.
Also, not all elements have Slow. There are three elements that don't have Slow cards: FIRE, LIGHT, and NEUTRAL. These three elements don't have Slow cards in Ranked Modern.
There are also other ways to reduce speed with the Impede ability but this only works if that card hits which lowers the speed by -1.
Water Element
The Water have 4 with Slow.
- Daigendark Surveyor: Gets Slow at LVL 5, low cost and high life and speed, this card is usually combined with cards with Weapons Training to activate Stun.
Arcane Conclave Edition:
Yaba's Pickle: Gets Slow at LVL 8, a card that relies on physical defense for its abilities, against magic attack it is not so good.
Bludgeon Hucker: Gets Slow at LVL 5, a useful card against physical attacks since it increases armor by +2 (Protect).
Steppe Stalker: Gets Slow at LVL 3, a very good card since it is the only one that has Close Range in the WATER element and also withstands the physical attack (Shield).
Foundations:
- Mystic Scaleweaver: Has Slow at LVL 1, a card that only has Slow and a 3 magic attack, quite good in Frontier battles.

Death Element
It has 2 cards that have Slow and both cards are from the Rebellion edition.
Chaos Jailer: Gets Slow at LVL 5, a very useful card in battles with low mana, as he has Ambush and Poison he can start poisoning an enemy unit and will look for the unit with the least health (Opportunity).
Meriput Slinger: Gains Slow at LVL 4, apart from reducing Speed with Slow it also reduces the enemy speed of the attacking unit (Impede).

Earth y Dragon Element
As in Earth and Neutral Element there is only one card that has Slow.
Sylvaran Sentinel: Gets Slow at LVL 3, a very useful card since it has Resurrect, so it can make combos with other cards that benefit from being defeated.
Ulfga The Blighted: Has Slow from LVL 1, a very strong card since it can Poison the unit that defeated it and its adjacent units (Poison Burst).

Speed-decreasing Archon
Cryptic is the only Archon in Ranked Modern that reduces enemy Speed.
Cryptic is from the Rebellion Edition and can be used with the WATER and DEATH elements when this Archon is chosen.
Cryptic reduces enemy Speed by -1 and grants enemy units Blind.
Additionally we can put two units: Retaliate and Enfeeble or we can put Poison and Expose.

As of writing this post, the Second Conclave Arcana Conflicts Airdrop is released, revealing the new legendary card: Zarin The Scorch.
I'll write a little about this card, as it's the second Dragon card with the Slow ability.
Zarin has Slow from Level 1, and as he levels up, he gains several abilities, eventually reaching five, making him very strong.
Zarin is a Djinn, so he won't gain stats from cards with Bloodline Tribute.
Battle
This is a practice battle to show you the Slow ability and how it affects enemy speed. It's a battle with modern cards: Rebellion, Conclave Arcana, and Foundations.
In this battle we are given 60 mana and the combat rules are:

Ferocity: All units have Fury.
What Doesn't Kill You: All units have Enrage.
Lost Legendaries: Legendary units cannot be used.
I'm going with Eternal Tofu and giving Triage and Scavenger to Arcane Skinwalker.
The Slow card is Sylvaran Sentinel, and I'm also putting in Leolin Sifu, who has Swiftness, which will give me a +1 speed boost.
Sylvaran Sentinel combos with Silverleaf Mage - Silverleaf when defeated puts Poison on the one who defeated him and with Sylvaran he will return to the battle for his Resurrect, which could put several Poison cards.
Round 1:
Leolin defeats Mystic Mudbinder.
Round 2:
Silverleaf Mage is defeated and Poisons Anachron Bolter and Calabash Sage, returning to the battle for Sylvaran.
Round 4:
Sylvaran defeats Arcane Skinwalker.
Leolin defeats Anachron with a double hit from his Execute.
Round 5:
Calabash is defeated by Folen Flameye and wins the battle.
No allied unit is defeated, Silverleaf was defeated but returned 😶, Folen survived with 1 health.
Full Battle
Final Notes:
Like Swiftness, Slow is very important in battles. By reducing the enemy's speed, they can dodge physical damage. It can also be combined with abilities that have higher percentages of dodging physical and magical damage.
An Airdrop came out which will be a new card with Slow, which increases to 11 cards that can reduce (Slow).
