Are these contests for Southern California content only, or anywhere in California is okay?

Anywhere in California is ok. When we started the community there was another group that was forming a Northern California group but they never really followed through and just kinda disappeared. So while we still have SoCal in our name we have become an all of California group with members from all over the state.
